The Sea Parrot Inn is situated on Main Street in Seldovia, Alaska and is one of the first things greeting visitors as they enter the Seldovia harbor when arriving by boat. Seldovia is a quiet fishing village off the beaten path on the South side of Kachemak Bay. It is only accessible via plane or boat.
The Sea Parrot offers four rooms. The two on the top floor are called
the Red Herring with a king and the Blue Heron with a queen. The two on
the main floor are called the Puffin with two twins, and the Sea Otter,
which is a handicap accessible room with two twins.
All our rooms are in suite with private bathrooms and sitting areas for our guest’s enjoyment and relaxation.
We have a shared Great Room on the first floor along with a spacious deck overlooks Main Street with a grand view of the harbor, Seldovia Bay and the mountains beyond.
The main floor deck has plenty of covered seating for those rainy days and is that special spot to watch the harbor and all the comings and goings of Seldovia’s Main Street.

We offer a light grab and go breakfast with coffee or tea in the Great Room daily from 8am to 9:30am.
We are within easy walking distance to everything in town, minutes from the beach or the boardwalk. There are several local hikes right around the Inn, fishing off the bridge and canoe or kayak rentals can be found close by. Regardless of how you arrive in Seldovia, getting to the Sea Parrot Inn is easy. We are located a quick hop from the Alaska Ferry Dock and across from the Seldovia boat harbor.
Summertime in Alaska offers endless days and evenings of midnight sun, sure to please any traveler. You will never have to worry about not having enough time in the day. Whether an early bird or a night owl you will be mesmerized by the spectacular sunrises as well as the graceful sunset views from the comforts of the Sea Parrot Inn.
Seldovia is known as Alaska’s best-kept secret simply because it is accessible only via air or boat. You will not find an overcrowded city here. Come to Seldovia for what is not here, no hustle and bustle, no traffic, no crowds, no big city.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
A full refund will be given if your cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival, LESS a 25% cancellation/booking fee.
Cancellations 14 days or less are subject to full payment. If Sea Parrot Inn can SELL your room to a new party YOU will only be charged 25% cancellation fee.

- We are a non-smoking facility. Smoking is allowed outside only and away from the building. We prefer you walk across the street to the harbor.- Alcohol is allowed if minors are not present.-
- Handicap / Disability access is limited to the first floor only.
- The inn is suitable for children, however, they must be at least 12 years old.
- Childcare is not available.
