Booking or Expedia rates

NO SHOW: We guarantee your rate until midnight on the day of arrival. If you do not show up, charges will be applied according to our policies according to the season.
Terms and conditions of rates
Rates
• All rates include 16% VAT and 3% ISH.
• All rates include breakfast (Hours 8:00 to 11:30 hrs)
Minors
• Only guests over 15 years of age can be accommodated.
• We do not accept children or babies, since we do not have the facilities.
Maximum room capacity
• Single Std rooms have a maximum capacity of 1 person.
• Std Queen, Double and King rooms have a maximum capacity of 2 people.
• If a visitor stays overnight, an additional fee of $1,000 MX will be charged.
• It is not possible to admit more people than the maximum capacity stated above.
Responsibility
• In case of causing damage or staining the furniture, property, or article; the amount of the product will be charged to your account.
• We use glass bottles for purified water, as they are refillable, they must be kept in the room.
• The key is only for the room, we request your support to leave it at the reception, let us keep it safe.
Rest and privacy
• We care about the privacy of our guests, so our door remains closed at all times.
• We request silence in the facilities after 23:00 hrs, we empathize with the rest of all.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the facilities, the only designated space is the terrace.
- The consumption of toxic drugs, narcotics or psychotropic substances is prohibited in any area of the hotel.

Mejorana Restaurant Policies
• All included breakfasts are served from Monday to Sunday from 8:00 am to 11:30 am.
• The included breakfast corresponds to a beverage of choice (black coffee, espresso, lemongrass tea or chamomile tea), a piece of bread, a fruit plate and a main course.

• Additional consumption refers to all products that are not included in your guest menu:
Beverages: coffee-based (Latte, Cappuccino, Flat white, Moka), chocolate-based beverages, selection of teas, sodas, among other bottled beverages.
Food: Additional portions, extra dishes and side dishes.
• In case of check-out before breakfast time, ask for our box lunch with delivery between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. (American coffee, bread, fruit).
• If authorized, it must be requested the day before within the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Groups
• The itinerary of daily departures from the hotel must be indicated.
• Breakfast must be pre-ordered for all rooms one day in advance between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
• In case of requesting a buffet service, the proposal will be sent at the time of booking confirmation and will have 48 hrs to accept it. By accepting this service, the decision will be irremovable.
• Additional consumption will have an extra charge.
