Welcome to Ways Motel located in beautiful Hampton Beach, New Hampshire. Open April through October for families, couples and professionals seeking lodging in the Hampton, NH area. The only motel in Hampton Beach, that offers roof top swimming pool at an affordable price.
We offer clean and renovated rooms that feature King room (1 king bed) bed,
Queen room (2 queen beds) and Double room (2 double beds). In addition to our roof top swimming pool,
we also have a large sundeck which accommodates many sunbathers, in our lounge chairs.
Only minutes from Hampton Beach activities, arcades, shopping, a stroll to the Casino Ballroom,
Ocean Gaming Poker Room, walking distance to the Hampton Harbor and Hampton Beach state park and
many restaurants. Since we are walking distance to Hampton Harbor, you may make us your home base
for your Hampton Beach deep sea fishing and whale watching activities at Al Gauron, Smith Gilmore,
Eastman's Dock, Yellow Bird fishing and many more.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
- First night will be charged when booking.
- If you cancel after booking, there will be a minimum $50 cancellation fee per night, no matter how far in advance you cancel it.
- When cancelled between 14 and 30 days of check-in date, first night is non-refundable.
- When cancelled within 14 days of the check-in date (including no shows), 100% fee will be charged.
No exceptions please. Cancellation policy is strictly enforced.
Terms and Conditions
Check-in Time
Our check in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm. We do not have 24x7 concierge service. We may be able to support your late check-in with a small fee ($25) but if you are planning to check-in after 9 pm, please do check with us first before making reservation.
Smoking/Vaping
There is no smoking or vaping allowed in rooms, hallway (outside rooms) or in the pool area. There are 2 ash trays located on either side of the building. Smoking is ONLY allowed at these 2 designated locations. If you are looking to smoke outside the room in the hallway, sitting on the chair, or the pool deck, we request you to NOT book with us please.
Security Deposit and Cleaning/Damage Fee
When you check-in to our motel, we will request your ID and hold $250 as security deposit on your card. This is to ensure that we can charge your card in case of damage. Within 24 hours of your check-out, we will release the hold. Your bank may take a little longer to release the hold. If the room is damaged or stained, a cleaning fee of minimum $250 will be applied.
Early Check In/Late Check Out
We are not able to support early check-ins. Every early check-in stops our cleaning progress and pushes us behind. If you want to park your car before checking in or after checking out, there will be a parking fee. 30 minutes before and after is perfectly fine :-)

Parking
Free one car parking per room. Please note that there is ONLY 1 car parking per room irrespective of number of guests. Please do not park without filling out motel check-in form.

Quiet Time
We want you to have fun while staying at our motel but at the same time, we want others to have a great time as well. Quiet time is 10 pm to 7 am. Please refrain from loud conversation in the hallway and respect families and kids stay.
Pool (closes after Seafood Festival)
The deck is opened 10 am to 9 pm. Absolutely no food, no snacks and no smoking/vaping allowed in the pool area. Drinks are allowed on the deck but not in and around the pool. If you bring drinks to the deck, please be sure to take the empty cans/bottles with you to the room.
We are sorry but, pets are not allowed on our property.
No Ice machine
Please note that we DO NOT have ice machine. There is a convenience store just a block from us on P street. We may have ice bags at the same price as the convenience store but please be prepared to walk a block for the ice in case we are out of it.
No Elevator
There are no rooms on the ground floor. To get to the first floor there are 14 steps and to get to the second floor there are 28 steps with a landing every 7 steps.
Room Size
Our rooms are spacious but our bathrooms are small and our sinks are in the living area. Please take a look at our pictures here carefully so that you are not disappointed.
