Welcome to the House of Kheops! Our magical house of arts, creativity and beauty! Stay in our desert Oasis nestled under the Great Pyramid of Giza!

Cancellation policy:

We are happy to allow a change of dates with no additional charge prior to 2 months before your reservation.

If the booking is cancelled 6 weeks or less before your reservation, we would take 30% of total deposit, but allow a change of dates.

If cancelled within 4 weeks or less we would take 50% of the deposit, but still would allow a change of dates.

If the booking is cancelled 2 weeks before the reservation, we would take the full deposit, as compensation for losing other bookings.

Terms and Conditions

The House of Kheops offers a unique homestay experience and does not fit in with the conventional hotel experience. We advise guests to take this as an adventurous stay since we are out in the desert province of Giza. We may occasionally experience Wifi, water or electric cut outs, which is very normal for this area. We expect guests to be amicable and respectful towards other guests and to acknowledge this is (unless private house rental), a community space. We respect quiet and comfort and advise guests to let the house team know if you prefer a more relaxing experience away from other guests. We cannot accept unmarried Egyptian couples due to the local law. We are not responsible for any consumption of alcohol and do not tolerate anti-social behaviors under intoxication. The House staff have the right to remove guests from the premises if such behaviors are demonstrated by guests and will not receive any refunds from the House. All personal information, including copy of passports, is stricly kept between the team members and will not be shared outside the house or with any 3rd part members. We do advise that all personal belongings remain in your locked room when you go out and only take with you what is essential. Guests have 24 hour service incase of emergencies by calling the given contact numbers. Check in begins at 3pm and check out is at 11am (unless requested beforehand). We hope you have a wonderful stay in our Magical House.
