Terms and Conditions
A light breakfast of Tea/Coffee, Juice, Cereal, Toast and Fruit is included in your room rate. Showers and wifi internet access are also included in the price. All bed linen is provided but guests should bring their own towels and toiletries. Towel rental is available on request. There is a guest kitchen available to hostel guests for self-catering.

-Children are welcome in The Valley House but must be booked in a private or family room with a responsible parent/guardian. Children are not allowed in dormitory rooms unless the entire room is booked by the family group.
-Luggage can be held securely, please ask a member of staff.
-48-hour cancellation policy: no-shows or bookings cancelled less than 2 days before reservation date will be charged for first night of booking.
-Bicycles can be secured, please ask our friendly staff when you check-in.
-The hostel is non-smoking throughout. There are smoking areas outside the Bar and hostel. Please dispose of cigarettes in the ashtrays provided.
