Mar y Suenos is located in a tranquil, tropical setting just 3 blocks from the beach. Within 3 blocks restaurants and shops line the way (10 minute walk) to the village center (plaza.) The Mar y Suenos complex has 3 buildings: a 2/2 house, a studio apartment building and a King Suite building. All buildings have an ocean view rooftop terrace with patio furniture for guest use. There is a heated pool, separate large jacuzzi in a tropical garden setting and a rooftop plunge pool. All units have: WIFI; air conditioning, ceiling fans, purified water, CABLE and safe. Pools and units are cleaned daily. Parking on site. Breakfast from a partner restaurant may be ordered by guests for an additional fee. Breakfasts are delivered by staff and served to the guests on our rooftop terraces or to guest rooms as to guest preference free of charge. Free coffee is provided. Mar y Suenos loans to guests free of charge: beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, and bicycles.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
For cancellations less than 30 days, deposit will be refunded according to the dates that Mar y Suenos obtains bookings for prior reservation dates minus $25 US processing fee.
Terms and Conditions
Prices and Taxes
Posted prices exclude mandatory Mexican Federal and City taxes. At the time of booking, a 16% Federal and a 4% city tax will be added to the total fee.
Payment
A 30% deposit will be charged at the time of booking and is required for reservation confirmation. The remaining 70% will be due upon arrival/check in. "No Shows" without prior arrangements with Mar y Suenos will be charged the remaining 70%.
Additional guests
There will be an additional charge of $10 for an additional guests to any unit. For this fee, a sleeping cushion, linens and towels will be provided for the additional guest. For children 4 years and younger who sleep in existing bedding, there will be no charge.
Parking
Mar y Suenos has parking on site for guests. As space is limited, we ask that guests ask to reserve a parking space. Staff will assign parking spaces according to the size of the guest's vehicle. It will be required that guests park in their assigned parking space so that all vehicles can be accommodated.
Guest concerns
Guests are requested to contact the manager, Sabrina immediately regarding any concerns or issues with the accommodations. Her cell number and WhatsApp is posted in the reception area and in each unit. It is important that guests notify staff immediately of any issue so that we can address it ASAP. We do not want our guests to endure any malfunction or issue which we can address and resolve so that their stay meets their needs and is WONDERFUL!
Use of personal information
We do not share any personal information of guests including their name, whether or not they are guests nor any credit card/bank information with anyone! We will not give out any information via email, text, phone or other communication regarding a guest at Mar y Suenos. If a relative contacts us regarding an emergency, we will let the guest know so that they can contact the relative or concerned party.
Liability
Mar y Suenos is not responsible for any arrangements/contracts made by guests with outside vendors/business/individuals. The safety of our guests is a priority and we maintain the property accordingly. Our property adheres to and follows Mexican laws of liability. Mar y Suenos is not responsible for power outages due to acts of nature or service interruption from local power company production.

We ask that our guests do not play loud music or make loud noises on the premises out of respect for other guests. Mar y Suenos is situated in a tranquil setting and most guests come to enjoy its ambience, seeking a refuge from the busy, sometimes very loud town central
Pets
In general, we do not accept pets. However, on occasion we will accept 1 pet (dog) under the following stipulations: the dog must NEVER be left alone in the unit and must be with its owners at all times. There will be an additional $5 US fee per day for the extra cleaning involved with a pet. A $50 US damage deposit will be required at the time of reservation and will be refunded at the end of stay if no damage is assessed.
Jacuzzi
The jacuzzi temperature is kept at "warm". We ask that guests notify us when they plan to use the jacuzzi so that we turn the heat up to "hot" or their preferred temperature. The pool is heated (slightly warm) 24/7.
Shared Areas
The pool, jacuzzi, rooftop ocean view terrace and suite rooftop ocean view terrace with plunge pool are all common shared areas. Because these areas are separate, it allows guests to find private spaces. When using these areas, we ask that guests respect the privacy of others while at the same time enjoying some comradery!
Breakfast Available
We have partnered with an excellent local restaurant for breakfast. Guests may order from a menu and pay for their breakfasts the night prior. Our staff will pick up their breakfast and deliver it to their unit or serve it on our rooftop ocean view terrace at no charge at the guest designed time.
