Terms and Conditions
- CHECK-IN Check-in is between 3-6pm. Please text (818) 933-1831 or email hello@saturnsreturn.com on the day of your arrival to inquire whether early or late check-in will be possible. Most late check-in's can be accommodated, but we request prior notice in order to plan accordingly.
- CHECK-OUT Check-out is at 11am.
- MINIMUM STAY All rooms require a 2-night minimum stay.
- DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION POLICY A deposit of your first night stay plus taxes is charged upon booking. As a small business on a small island, we are unable to make special accommodations to our cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding!
- If you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee per room and refunded the balance of your deposit.
- If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, your deposit is non-refundable.
- If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the full cost of your stay plus taxes will be charged and is non-refundable.
- Shortened stays are non-refundable.
- PETS We do not accommodate pets or Emotional Support Animals. In accordance with the ADA, we accommodate Service Animals (SAs). SAs must be with their owners at all times (i.e. cannot be left alone in the room), and the guest will be responsible for the reimbursement for any damages caused by a SA.
- SMOKING Saturn's Return is a non-smoking/vaping property. If evidence of smoking or vaping is found in guest rooms, a $250 fee will be charged to your bill.
- ROOM CLEANING For longer stays, guest rooms will be cleaned every 5th night. Otherwise, rooms will be cleaned at check-out. Should you need fresh bed or bath linens, please don't hesitate to ask!
- DAMAGES You will be responsible for the reimbursement for all damages, breakages, or losses caused to the property by you and your party.
