We are within walking distance to downtown Lake City's shops and eateries. Our Standard Suites are pet friendly so that you can bring the whole family! All rooms are non-smoking!

To cancel your reservation you must call our office at 1-800-325-2270.
Packages must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival. Please give our office a call to add on a Romance Package or a Snuggle Package.

The John Hall's Alaska Lodge office is open until 8pm. If you plan on arriving after 8pm, please contact our office in advance to coordinate check - in.

If cancellations are made inside 24 hours, guests credit card will be charged one nights rate. Full payment will be processed at check in. Credit card must be valid throughout the duration of your stay.

Smoking Policy
All of our accommodations are smoke-free. A $250.00 service fee will be charged to any unit that has been smoked in. Please only smoke outside and properly dispose of your cigarette waste.
Please Note: The MCIAA defines smoking as inhaling, exhaling, burning or carrying any lighted or heated cigar, cigarette, pipe or any other lighted or heated product containing, made or derived from nicotine, tobacco, marijuana, or other plant intended for inhalation. As of August 1, 2019, this definition includes carrying or using an activated electronic delivery device.
Damage/Cleaning. If any damage to our property occurs, please notify us so we can repair it before the next guests arrive. Guests are responsible for the cost of any damage to our property unless such damage is due to normal wear and tear of usage.
Accommodation Overview
Accommodations include all linens/towels, Keurig coffee maker, coffee supplies, microwave, toaster, mini or full refrigerator (depending on the unit) and bath amenities. If the unit is equipped with a kitchen it will have a set of pots and pans, utensils and dishes. In an effort to minimize guest/staff contact and any possible virus transmission, stayover housekeeping services for room tidying have been suspended until further notice. Guests can request items/supplies for their room by contacting the front desk.
Minimum Age Policy
All guests must be 18 years or older to confirm guestroom accommodations at the John Hall Alaska Lodge. A valid ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification.
Pet Policy Pets are part of the family and we enjoy your pets as much as you do. Please read our pet policy and guidelines before deciding on bringing your pet(s) to John Hall Alaska Lodge. Pets are allowed in all Standard Suites(Superior Suites are pet free). We do not allow more than 2 pets in any of our units. Extra Cleaning Service Fees may accrue if our Pet Policy guidelines are not followed.
Pet Guidelines:
· Please keep pets off of the furniture; this includes beds, couches and chairs. If your pet is accustomed to being on furniture at home, we ask that you please bring a sheet or blanket to place over the furniture. If you are not able to or forget one, please ask the Front Desk at the time of check in and they will provide one for you. Please respect other guests and pick up immediately after your dog while on the lodge grounds.
· Pets must be leashed while on the lodge grounds for the safety and the comfort of your pet, other guests and their pets.
· Pets should not be left unattended unless they are kenneled. (Housekeepers cannot enter a unit that has an un-kenneled or barking dog).
· Guests will be required to leave a cell phone number for contact while away. In the event the pet causes disturbances to other guests or needs your attention, we will contact the owner(s).
