Reservation policy:
Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned. We will charge your credit card within one day after we have confirmed your reservation.The hotel has the right to cancel your reservation if we do receive the pre payment deposit of the first night. We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after canceling your booking.
Cancelllation Policy:
Reservations are fully refundable 48 hours prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled Reservations canelled with in 48 hours prior to check in will incur a charge for the first night of the reservation or may be used towards a future booking.
Canellations received after 3pm on the day prior to arrival will be charged for the first night of their reservation and will not be refunded.
Smoking Policy:
My Tri Suites is a non-smoking property. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes pens, hookah pens and all electronic cigarettes any variations of the foregoing regardless of the products name. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in the rooms will incur a damage fee of $250 for cleaning.
