The Turks and Caicos Island of Providenciales is renowned for its stunning beaches. In keeping with this idea, there is enormous flexibility in how the villas can be used and the living spaces allocated.

The largest villas comprise three bedrooms, complete with all the facilities and amenities associated with a well-equipped property: air conditioning throughout, roof deck with plunge pool, en-suite bathrooms with all bedrooms, and beautiful grounds and surroundings.

In addition to the main bedroom accommodation, there is one queen pull-out couch providing a supplementary sleeping option.
It is worth noting that in addition to a straight three-bed option, the villa can also provide a self-contained two-bed villa and studios or suites.

In the event of Lessee cancels thirty (30) days prior to the commencement of the said term of the lease, the deposit amount is fully refundable. If Lessee cancels less than thirty (30) days prior to commencement of the said term of the lease, the rental amount is forfeited or can postpone for use up to twelve months of the original date. The purchase of travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellation is recommended. Travel insurance provides coverage to protect Lessee from a wide array of unexpected events such as, but not limited to, unpredictable weather, medical or family emergency. Lessee is encouraged to give consideration to the purchase of travel insurance as there are circumstances that can cause renters to cancel or interrupt their stay thereby forfeiting any non – refundable pre-payments or payments made for their trip.

Payment Terms

50% deposit is required upon reservation the other 50% is due 30 days prior arrival date. However if your reservation is within 30 days we require full payment.

Travel Updates

Effective April 1, 2023, visitors to The Turks and Caicos Islands will no longer be required to be vaccinated for entry.
