The motel rooms are modest but newly remodeled and impeccably clean, the property and location is incredible!! Cancellation policy:
- Any cancellation prior to 45 days the start your reservation is refunded in full, less a $40 booking fee. Any cancellation within 45 days to the start your reservation is charged a 30% non refundable fee. All reservations cancelled 5 days or less prior to scheduled arrival are charged in full. Any change to a reservation will be considered a cancellation if the changes are made 14 days or less from your scheduled arrival.
