No corkage fee applies for food and drinks brought into the villas and beach areas. However, a corkage fee will be charged in the restaurant and common pool areas.Housekeeping services are available only until 9:00 PM.House pets are welcome inside the villas. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets. A fee of ₱500 per pet per night applies.Guests must respect all facilities and fixtures. Renters are liable for any damages to their assigned villas beyond normal wear and tear, and will be billed accordingly for repairs.Proper swimming attire is required in all pool areas. Women must wear swimsuits or rashguards; men must wear boardshorts or swimming trunks.Children must be supervised by an adult and wear a life vest or floater when in the pool. Life vests are available upon request, free of charge. Swim and dive at your own risk.Swimming is not allowed in the sea beside Sundowners. Guests acknowledge that Sundowners does not have a beach.A penalty of ₱2,000 will be charged for every 15 minutes exceeded beyond the standard check-out time.Guests must inform Sundowners via SMS, phone call, or email if arriving after 2:00 PM. If no notice is given and the guest is unreachable, the reservation may be released to walk-ins after 6:00 PM.Sundowners is not liable for inconveniences caused by unforeseen events, calamities, or acts of nature.Sundowners holds no liability for any loss, injury, or death within the property.Reservations can only be transferred to another date at least 5 days before check-in.Rebooking is allowed only once. Downgrading to a lower villa category is not permitted.A 4.5% service charge will be applied to all accommodation bookings. This fee helps support our staff and maintain the quality of our services.Unit prices are subject to change. Rebooked units may also reflect updated pricing.All payments are non-refundable.Guests must declare any additional persons at check-in. Extra guests are charged ₱1,500 each, while children under 8 years old stay for free.
