We do however entertain rebookings 5 days or more prior to your check-in date.

Terms and Conditions
1. We have no corkage fee for food and drinks inside the villas and beach areas. Corkage fee will be applied in the restaurant and around the common pool areas.
2. Housekeeping services are only until 9:00 PM.
3. House pets are allowed inside the villas. We expect our renters to clean up after their pets. There will be a charge of ₱ 500 per checked in pet per night.
4. We expect all our guests to respect our facilities, and fixtures. Renters are responisble for any damages done in their villas assigned and will be billed for repairs needed beyond normal wear and tear.
5. Guests are required to wear proper swimming attire when using our pool facilites. Strictly swimsuits or rashguards for women, boardshorts or swimming trunks for men.
6. Kids must be supervised by adults and must wear a life vest or floater when swimming in the pool. Life vest are provided for free upon request. Swim and dive at your own risk.
7. The sea beside Sundowners is not for swimming. The guest understand that Sundowners does not have a beach.
8. Guests will be charged a penalty of ₱ 2,000 for every 15 minutes exceeded beyond check-out time.
9. Sundowners should be notified through SMS, phone call or email if guest's arrival wil be after 2:00 PM. If the guest has not given any notification or warning of their late check-in time, and if our efforts of reaching them has been unsuccessful, their reservation will be given to walk-ins 6:00 PM onwards.
10. Any inconveniences experienced by our guests due to unforseen fortuitous events, calamities, or act of nature, Sundowners will not be liable.
11. Sundowners will not be liable for any losses, injuries or death inside the vicinity of our compound.
12. Reservation is only transferable to another date 5 days before guest's check-in date.
13. Bookings can only be rebooked once. Villa downgrade is not applicable.
14. Unit prices are subject to change. Rebooked units are also subject to price changes.
15. Booking payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.
16. Guest should advise Sundowners if there are any additional pax upon check-in. Extra pax are charged ₱1,200 and toddlers bellow the age of 1 are free.
