- The property request all our guests (minors included) at check in to show an official document (ID, driver's license or passport) in order to stay with us.
- For security reasons the property won't allow the check in or access to the room to minors who aren't accompanied by an adult.
- In order to complete the check in and access to the room, the total payment of your stay must be pay at the check in.
- The property accepts the following payments: cash, credit card, Paypal or bank transfer (until 2 business days before check in).
- We reserve the right to admit occasional visits and at any moment won't be allow the access to the rooms.
- Out of respect for the rest of our guests, from 10:00pm to 08:00am, conversations or noise are not allowed in the room hallways. Likewise, excessive noise inside the room is prohibited.
- The property has a private semi-covered parking lot, which is complementary and is offered subject to availability. Reservations are required. The administration is not responsible for loss or theft of objects left outside or inside the vehicle or for damage caused to them by third parties.
