Terms and Conditions
1. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to The Acres caused by themselves.
2. Management is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables left by guests in the rooms.
3. All booking prices are inclusive of SST.
4. We provide complimentary dinner and breakfast set.
5. No outside foods or drinks is allowed in our café. Please be inform that we are NON HALAL café. However, special arrangement can be made upon request and subject to availability.

7. Based on trust, we will not be collecting deposit but if there's any damage or missing item(s) we will charge on the card you used for the booking.

9. For the safety of our guests, SMOKING / VAPING is STRICTLY PROHIBITED in any part of the resort. A cleaning fee of RM 500 will be charged if smoking smell is detected in the room or seen in any part of the resort.
10. Guests only allowed to enter our resort compound after 2pm onwards. (Check in time is 3pm, NO EARLY CHECK IN)

13. Durian or any stuff / food with durian smell is not allowed to bring into the rooms.
14. All the rooms are auto-allocate by our system, kindly inform us in advance if you have special needs (priority for disabled person, senior citizens and pregnant women etc), then we could try our best to arrange your room downstairs (subject to availability)
15. The federal government of Malaysia has implemented the mandatory Tourism Tax (TTx) of RM10.00 nett per room per night on all non-Malaysian and foreign passport holders. This amount is to be collected by hotel on behalf of the Royal Malaysian Customs Department upon check in. Please be advised that Tourism Tax are excluded in your total room cost.
