RESERVATION POLICYThe entire amount of booking has to be paid before check in time. The package rate is subject to change without any prior notice.
CANCELLATION POLICY No cancellation will be charged if the confirmed reservation is cancelled prior to 04 days prior to the check-in. 50% of the total package cost will be charged if the cancellation is received between 04 and 02 days. No refund will be provided if the cancellation is received within 02 days before check-in or in case of a NO SHOW. Cancellation is not possible without incurring a charge during holiday weekend reservations.

The resort check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM . For arrivals at the resort later than 7:00 PM , Prior accommodations must be made with Jose lake store and resort. Cabins will be held up to 8:00 hours on the day of arrival unless prior information for late check-in has been provided. For late check-out, a request may be made at Jose lake store and is subject to availability. The credit card guarantee will ensure that your reservation is held on a definite basis, up to your actual time of check-in, on the day of reservation. 6.5 Tax is not included in room rates. Maximum 4 adults in 1bedroom cabins and a Maximum of 6 adults in 2 bedroom cabins.
CREDIT CARD BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONSIn order to avoid credit card frauds, guests are requested to note the following. For bookings made using a credit card, a valid ID proof will have to be produced at the time of check-in. For a guest making a booking for himself using their own Credit Card: The credit card used to make the booking is necessary to be produced at the time of check-in. For a guest making a booking for another person using their own Credit Card: If the Credit Card holder is not one of the guests staying at the resort, then a copy of the credit card (both front and back), self-attested by the credit card holder should be produced at the time of check-in. In addition to the above, it is also required to produce a letter, duly signed by the credit card holder, authorising the use of the credit card for the booking of the room. The letter should mention the names of the guests, date of travel, property and room type. This letter, along with the self-attested copy of the credit card will have to be submitted at check-in desk. At the time of submitting the credit card copy, please ensure that the CVV number on it is blacked out (CVV Number is a three-digit number at the reverse side of the credit card, at the end of the signature panel). In case the above documents are not produced by the guests, JOSE LAKE STORE AND RESORT reserves the right to deny the reservation. In such a case no refund. In case of erroneous / inadequate / misleading information given while booking, JOSE LAKE STORE AND RESORT reserves the right to cancel the booking without any intimation. Guests are required to carry a valid identity proof and produce the same at the check-in. Please bring along with you the same identity proof you have entered while booking for verification at the resort.
DEPOSIT POLICY$100 advance payment to confirm the reservation. Credit card details are mandatory to process the reservation.
REFUND POLICYIn case of a cancellation, the refund amount, as per the cancellation policy, will take a minimum of 30 business day from the date of initiation of the process, via online payment/cheque. In case of refund, bank transactions charges will be deducted above cancellation charges.

When you post and/or tag any social media content (including, without limitation, photos, text, graphics, audio, video, location information, comments or any other materials) on social media sites (such as Instagram or Facebook) (“Social Content”), we may request your permission to use this Social Content in connection with our business. Such use may be in conjunction with our website, electronic media and/or print material.By accepting our request, you give us and our affiliated companies (including our direct and indirect parents and subsidiaries), and its or their respective agents, licenses, sub-licenses, contractors and assigns (collectively, “Authorized Entities”) a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully-paid, non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable right to use the Social Content in any form and lawful manner for any commercial purposes including (without limitation) online and offline marketing activities.By consenting to our request to use your Social Content, you agree to us publishing your name or username associated with that content, and using all or any of your Social Content.You agree, represent and warrant that:
- You own, or have obtained from third parties, all appropriate rights in your Social Content.
- The Authorized Entities’ use of your Social Content will not violate the intellectual, proprietary or other rights of any third party, or any applicable law.
- The Social Content is not libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, indecent, threatening, hateful, offensive or other unlawful.
- You release the Authorized Entities from any liability relating to its use of your Social Content in accordance with these Social Media Terms.
We are passionate about providing our guests, both human and canine, with a luxurious and relaxing escape.For the safety and comfort of all our guests we kindly ask that you review and agree to the following guidelinesshould you bring your dog with you: A non-refundable $25 dog fee will be added to the guest room account; Maximum two dogs per Cabin JOSE LAKE STORE AND RESORT is willing to accommodate dogs of all sizes and breeds, provided they are fullytrained, kept on a leash at all times, and complies with local laws and requirements. Guests will dispose of dog waste while on property. JOSE LAKE STORE AND RESORT reserves the right to refuse service to any dog. If deemed appropriate, JOSE LAKE STORE AND RESORT may also ask that a disruptive or aggressive dog be removed from theproperty. JOSE LAKE STORE AND RESORT is not liable for any dog injuries sustained on property. Guests are responsible for any damage or disruption dogs may cause. If additional deep cleaning isnecessary, an appropriate fee will be added to guest cabin account even if they are discoveredfollowing departure from the resort. Guests will also be held accountable for any complaints resulting infinancial loss to the resorts. If a disturbance occurs JOSE LAKE STORE AND RESORT has all rights to remove you and your dog from property. Dogs in crates may be left unattended in Cabins. Note: Dogs are not permitted at in-doors at the store , Assistance dogs are exempt. Please be mindful of any excessive noise to ensure that other guests are not inconvenienced, Dogs should have all recommended vaccinations currently up-to-date, and guest agrees to obtain andprovide current records from a licensed veterinarian should JOSE LAKE STORE AND RESORT request thisinformation. Owners will keep their dog(s) off furniture including the bed, chairs or couches. Owners will notify the management of any dog "accidents"
