3. The hotel does not take responsibility for anyloss or damage to the property of the client, or related persons, which hasoccurred on the premises of the hotel.
4. The hotel serves the right to refuse a guestentry and accommodation, if arriving guests with a contagious disease for thesafety of other guests and employees.
5. The hotel reserves the right to dispose ayitems left behind or unclaimed.
6. Any fire exit signs, and firefightingfacilities must be kept clear of obstacles at all times.
Terms and Conditions
- Check-in time is at 1400H and check-out time is at 1200H.
- Full payment is required upon check-in and an incidental deposit of Php 1000.00 is required but refundable upon check-out.
- Visitors are allowed to enter the guest room until 10:00PM only.
- Unregistered guest is not allowed to enter the guest room specially if beyond 10 PM.
- Hotel premises are a nonsmoking area however we have one designated smoking area for you to smoke.
- Cooking inside the room is prohibited.
- No minors allowed to check-in if not accompanied by adults.
- Registered guests of legal age who choose to bring their own food and alcoholic beverages must consume those inside their room. Corkage fee may be collected if you consume it inside the restaurant and in the bar lounge.
- To respect other guests, parties, loud disturbances, shouting and other noise-nuisance are prohibited inside the hotel premises.
- Durian, jackfruit, dried fish and other items that have very strong smell are not allowed inside the hotel premises.
- No pets allowed inside the hotel premises.
- The hotel has the right to refuse accommodations to arriving guests with a contagious disease for the safety of other guests and employees.
- Unregistered firearms, weapons and any flammable materials brought by guest are strictly prohibited inside the hotel premises.
- You are held liable for any damage caused by (whether by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act) to the room, hotel premises or property caused by you or any person in your party whether or not staying at the hotel during your stay.
- The Hotel is not liable of any lost personal items during your stay.
- Taking drugs and other illegal acts during your stay is strictly prohibited. Anyone caught will be handed over to proper authorities.
