Booking requests and inquiries may be done by e-mail, by calling or by booking engine .
Information required: name, mailing address, e-mail address, phone number and credit card number as well as number of persons.
As a deposit, 1. do not collect deposit upfront for reservation less than 10 days(credit card information will be taken down for booking secure ). 2. For stay more than a week, a $200 deposit will be taken from the credit card. Confirmation will be sent by e-mail or letter showing cost with taxes, deposit and balance owing.
Cancellation Policy - 5 days prior to arrival with refund of deposit less a $20 service fee.

B. Pet Policy
Small dogs are allowed in some units with permission from owner.
Pets must be on leash outdoors and cleaned up after.

7. Proper swim attire must be worn. Bathers must shower before entering pool.
8. No swimming if you have an infectious or contagious illness.
9. Guests are requested to bring their own pool and beach towels.
