1) DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR CHECK-IN
Maldivians: Valid ID card or valid passport or valid driving license or any other official documentation showing ID number
Work visa holders: Valid workvisa
Tourist visa holders: Valid passport
Companies: If guests are staying under the name of a company, upon check in the company registration certificate and a valid ID card/passport/driving license of a Maldivian who shall be responsible for the guest shall be provided.

4) RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Dhimyaath Stay shall not be held responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes. 5) KEY CARD DEPOSIT
Key deposit: At check-in, prior to receiving the room keys, the guests must deposit an amount of 100 MVR or USD 5.
Refund: Full deposit will be refunded at check out, upon returning the key and if guests have no pending payments. Any unpaid amount for extra charges will be deducted from the key deposit and the remaining (if any) shall be refunded at check out.
No refund: Key deposit will not be refunded if guest fails to return the key card at checkout or if keycard is lost.
6) RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Dhimyaath Stay practices a zero tolerance policy in which guests may be refused of service and/or evicted for failure to abide by the constitution, laws, rules and regulations of the Maldives and reasonable standards and policies established by the Management. Dhimyaath Stay reserves the rights to refuse service or evict guests for, but not limited to; refusal or failure to pay; is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other intoxicating substance; acts in a disorderly fashion as to disturb the peace of guests or the premises; possession of illegal and/or dangerous items; threatens to harm the guests or the premises; exceeds the maximum allowable occupancy of room.
