The apartment hotel was originally built in the 1930s as a private residential property, before being converted into a hotel. It has undergone several name changes over the years, including Amber Hotel and Kim Sun Hotel.
The apartment hotel features two buildings with an architecture that is inspired by the Peranakan cultural heritage of the area. The Peranakan culture is a mix of Chinese and Malay influences, and is characterised by its colourful and intricate designs, which can be seen in the hotel's façade, interior décor, and furnishings.
The apartment hotel offers a range of accommodations, including Bilik, Queen Studios, King Studios, and Duo Studios, all of which are fully furnished with modern amenities. All apartments feature a kitchenette (except for Bilik), en-suit bathroom, a workstation and a flat-screen TV. Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and housekeeping services. All apartments are pet-friendly as well.

Check-in/Check-out Policies
This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:
Check-In: 3:00 PM
Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Late Check-out Hour: 2:30 PM
Late Check-out Fees: 50%
Late check-out (after 11:00 AM and before 2:30 PM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
All bookings made are non-refundable.In the event of no show, early check out, no refund for unused portion will be given without any dispute regardless of any reason.
Terms and Conditions
Company's Policies
- A security deposit of S$100 (refundable) will be required upon booking. The security deposit will be refunded via cash if payment received by cash & bank transfer will be7 working day after the check-out date.
- Housekeeping will be once a week. Cleaning time will be from Monday to Saturday (except public holiday and Sunday), between the hours of 9AM to 6:00PM. The Client or its occupants shall permit the Service Provider or its cleaner to enter the said premises during the day for the purpose of housekeeping once a week.
- Reception is available at the property from Monday to Saturday, 9.30am to 7pm.
- Kindly contact us at least 2 days prior to arrival for check-in instruction.
- This is a non-smoking apartment. A S$500 fine will be imposed for any violations. A designated smoking area is located outside the lobby.
- Extension of stay is subject to availability at the prevailing market rent and requires at least one working day prior notice. Extension of rental payment needs to be settled before the start of the extension date.
- ISA Hotel is a walk-up hotel apartment, and we do not have a lift on the premises at the moment.
The following items are not permitted in the premises:
- Flammable, explosive or otherwise hazardous materials
- Objects emitting a foul odour (e.g. Durian)
- Unregistered firearms or other weapons
- Objects of an unusually large size or in unusually large quantities
- Illegal drugs or other articles, the possession of which is prohibited by the laws of Singapore
- Refrain from engaging in gambling or acts that violate public order and morals inside the apartment hotel premises.
- Do not scream, sing loudly, or create loud noises inside the apartments hotel or guest rooms, as it may disturb or annoy other guests staying in the apartment hotel.
The price listed on the website does not include the 9% Goods & Services Tax (GST) . The price is applicable to the 9% GST charge and it will be added to the final bill. Only the security deposit is excluded from the 9% GST charge.

Government issued photo ID (Passport or IC) is required at check-in.
Parking for Cars and Motorcycle
A one-time charge of S$100 is applicable for the whole duration of stay.
