Security Deposit
A security deposit of $250 or more(during Spring Break season) per apartment is required prior to arrival. This is to cover any additional costs regarding damages to the unit. The deposit can be sent through PayPal at any time before check-in. This is fully refundable at check-out and will take 1-2 business days to appear back in your account providing the apartment is in good condition and there are no damages to the apartment. Any excessive cleaning costs will also be deducted from the deposit. 
Reservations can only be taken and confirmed by receiving an email confirmation from us at info@sobelux.biz. 
Check in and Check Out
Check-in between 3-4PM
Check-out at 11 AM
Later check-out times may be requested, although we may not always be able to accommodate late changes and will depend on availability and on how busy we are.Please note that a more detailed inspection of the apartment is made after the check-out time, once the housekeepers clean and prepare the apartment. We reserve the right to deduct charges for any damages found before the apartment is occupied again through the security deposit mentioned. Please be aware that bed linen and towels should be placed where they were originally found. The bed linen and towels are NOT gifts and must remain in the apartment.
Extending Your Stay
After you have booked your stay with us, you can extend your stay(depending on availability) by simply letting us know before you arrive. If you are already staying with us and you would like to stay longer, please let us know at least 24 hours before your checkout date. We will do our best to accommodate your new plans and this can include relocating you to a similar apartment should this be necessary.
Cancellation Policy for “Standard rate”
Please carefully read our cancellation policy. 
• If the guest cancels more than 7 days in advance, total amount of the reservation will be refunded. If the guest cancels within the 7 days, the reservation will not be refunded and the total amount will be charged. Emergencies and other reasons for cancellation are a situation by situation basis and can be discussed. In case of a “no-show” the total price of the reservation will be charged. There is only one way in which we can acknowledge cancellation of the guest’s reservation; the guest MUST send a cancellation request stating the reservation number via email to the following address: info@sobelux.biz
Housekeeping
Housekeeping service is not available. We respect your privacy, but note that we reserve the right to come into the apartment and clean after 3 days the sign is on the door. We do this for safety reasons and so as to avoid deep cleanings at the end of long stay reservations. With long stay reservations, $75 extra for the cleaning fee will be charged per week.
Resort Fee
There will be a resort fee of $10 plus tax, per night. This includes, Wi-Fi, beach towels, the welcome tray including 2 water bottles, tea, and coffee, and in room safe.
Accessibility and Special Needs
We do have 1(one) premium one bedroom apartment available with a handicapped accessible ramp, ADA approved bathroom and kitchen, hearing accessible, ADA approved shower with grab bars, audio-visual alarms, and CC TV capabilities. 
Parking
There is unfortunately no parking on site. Paid street parking can be found 1(one) block away on 14th Street between West Avenue and Alton Road. A public parking garage is located 3(three) blocks away, on 10th Street between West Avenue and Alton Road if you prefer.
NON-SMOKING Policy
Smoking of any kind is prohibited in any of the apartments. If there is evidence of smoking inside the rooms and apartments, we reserve the right to charge you $300 of deep cleaning, deducted from your deposit. There are standup ashtrays located at either end of the corridors for your convenience. Please utilize these so as to avoid cigarette butts all over the corridors.
Please Note
Immediate termination of the rental agreement is possible if:• More guests stay in the apartment than agreed in the reservation. The number of guests in the apartment should be the same as confirmed in the booking. Accommodation for additional guests may be requested. A $25-$50 extra guest fee for each additional guest per night will be charged, depending on the season. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation, without refund, if an unconfirmed number of people stay overnight in the apartment.• Excessive noise, including music, is made in the evening hours or at night.• SoBe Lux does not allow any pets in the apartments. A $100 fine will be claimed if pets are found in the apartments.• Apartments are located in a residential neighborhood in West Avenue. All our guests are asked to respect the property and privacy of the neighbors and to not make any excessive noise between the hours of 11PM and 7AM. • SoBe Lux is not responsible for lost or forgotten personal things in the apartment or hotels premises. There are in room safes for this reason, please use them and read the instructions carefully before closing the safe.
