1. Upon registration & check-in, a security deposit of Php 1,000 per room is required, which will be deducted from incidental expenses that may be incurred by the guest/s.

Note: Lost towels, keycards, damaged linens & equipment, unpaid restaurant bills shall be deducted from security deposit.

2. Standard Check-in time is 2:00PM & Check- out time is 12:00PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested, but not always guaranteed - depending on room availability. Overstaying is subjected to a charge of Php 500/hour.
3. Non registered guests upon check-in will not be allowed in the room at any given time for the duration of the in house guests stay at the resort.

1. Outside food & beverages are NOT ALLOWED. Exceptions are chips, cake, and bottled water. Cooking or bringing in of cooking equipment and food is NOT  allowed inside the villas.
2. Beach hours are from 6AM-6PM. Swimming Pool hours are from 10AM-10PM. Proper swimwear attire at the pool is required. Children who are below 5ft or 14 years are to STAY at the kiddie pool area, and must be accompanied by an adult.
3. NO SMOKING OR VAPING in & out of villas, cabanas, or at beach front. Smoking/Vaping Area is at the Parking Lot.
4. PETS (small dogs only) are only allowed at Fur Couples Villa with additional charge of 750 per pet per night.
5. All water activities require signing of waiver at the Recreations Booth or at the Front Desk.
6. Resort Quiet Hours are from 10PM - 6AM. It is advised to keep noise at a minimum during these times.

1. To ensure peace of mind while on vacation, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Sual Leisure Estate Corp. will not be responsible for any injuries, accidents, or death.
2. Claiming against the insurance company is the responsibility of the guest. Sual Leisure Estate Corp. will only assist in providing all the necessary paperwork/documentation.
3. During shore/land transfers, excursions or any activities, Sual Leisure Estate Corp. nor any of its director, officers, and/or employees shall not be held liable in any event whatsoever for injury or loss of life of its guest, or third person arising from or in connection with any activities.

All information contained with this Agreement is private and confidential and may not be disclosed to any third party for any reason or purpose. This agreement is subject to the laws of the Philippines and the parties hereto agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts.
