We understand that plans may change, and we aim to provide flexibility while considering the unique nature of our remote island resort. Please take note of the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Period:Guests may cancel their reservation up to fourteen (14) days before their scheduled arrival for a full refund, minus any transfer fees which need to be paid by the guest.Cancellation
Charges:If a cancellation occurs within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled arrival date, we reserve the right to retain the initial deposit. Cancellations made seven (7) days before the reservation date will result in 100% of the total reservation being retained. This policy is in place to cover the costs associated with preparing the rooms, ordering food, and the challenges of offering the opportunity to other guests to stay with us due to our distinctive location.
Final Payment:The remaining 50% of the total reservation, plus any city taxes and government environmental fees, will be collected by staff upon guest check-in and relevant receipts will be issued.
Modification Policy:Modifications to the reservation, including changes to the dates or room type, are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.
No-Show Policy:In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Why this policy benefits our guests and the resort:Flexibility: Providing a 14-day window for cancellations allows guests to adjust their plans without incurring charges. Fair Retention: Retaining 50% of the initial deposit for cancellations within 14 days helps cover the costs of room preparation and acknowledges the challenges of our unique location.
Clause: Unforeseen Circumstances (e.g., Bad Weather):In the event that guests are unable to arrive at our resort due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, we understand the importance of flexibility. Therefore, we offer the following options:These options are available provided that the local government has issued restrictions for transits between Cayo Coco Resort and the port of departure of the resort's shuttle service.
Rescheduling: Guests have the option to reschedule their reservation for alternative dates, subject to availability. The rescheduled stay must occur within 24 months from the original check-in date. Any rate differences for the new dates will be applicable.Credit Voucher: Alternatively, guests may opt to receive a credit voucher equivalent to the amount paid, valid for a future visit within 24 months from the original check-in date. The credit voucher can be applied towards accommodation charges.Conditions:Requests for rescheduling or credit vouchers must be made within 24 hours/days of the scheduled check-in date. Rescheduled stays and credit vouchers are subject to availability. The credit voucher is transferable and can be transferred by the guest named on the original reservation provided an attached copy of the guest's passport along with a copy of the voucher is sent by email along with the passport and name of the person to whom the voucher is to be transferred. The voucher is only redeemable before a reservation is made and not after. Any rate differences for rescheduled stays will be charged or refunded accordingly. This clause applies to circumstances beyond the guest's control, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

1. Prices and Taxes:
- All prices are in Philippine pesos and are subject to applicable taxes.
- Taxes and fees will be clearly outlined during the booking process and included in the final invoice.
- Payment for the remaining 50% of the total room price is due at check-in.
- Check-out time is 9:00, and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Please inform the resort in advance if you have any special accessibility needs or requirements.
- We will make every effort to accommodate special requests, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
- Limited parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The resort is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles parked on the premises.
- The resort may host events or activities for guests. Participation is optional.
- The management reserves the right to change or cancel events without prior notice.
- Any concerns or disputes should be brought to the attention of the resort management immediately for resolution.
- If issues persist, guests have the option to escalate the matter through the appropriate legal channels.
- The resort collects and processes personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- Guest information will be used for reservation purposes and to enhance the overall guest experience.
- The resort is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property during their stay.
- Guests are encouraged to use resort facilities responsibly and at their own risk.
- The resort is not responsible for unforeseen events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government actions.
- In such cases, the resort will make reasonable efforts to accommodate guests or provide refunds as appropriate.
- These terms and conditions are for the benefit of the guest and the resort and are not intended to confer any rights upon third parties.
- Failure to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights under these terms.
- If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
