- No smoking in rooms or terraces for safety reasons.
- The electricity is supplied by solar energy so please save the electricity specially at night.
- Try to charge your electronic devices only during the day.
- Please turn off any unused lamps or fans to avoid running out of power, as power is limited.
- Please use headphones or low volume, specifically during the night.
- Access to the property is for guests only.
- Keep your food closed and garbage organized to avoid attracting insects or rodents, remember that we are in the jungle and it is their habitat.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Reservations made on our website may be canceled or modified by the guest up to 72 hours before the arrival date by selecting the Standard rate.
- If the Non-Refundable rate is selected, the guest will have to pay the full price when making the reservation and there is no cancellation/refund option.
- In case of cancellation within the established period for the refundable rate, the refund will be made directly to the same card.
- The price of the full stay will be charged when making the reservation.

- The published rates Do not include taxes: 16% IVA and 5% Lodging Tax. Taxes will be shown separately in the breakdown of your reservation.
- From the moment of your reservation a charge will be made to the registered card, for the amount of your stay. In case the charge cannot be processed by the bank, your reservation will be automatically canceled and the room will be released.
- We have CCTV on the exterior and the property is safe but advice our guests to take care of their belongings.
