We offer ten cabins in East Burke, and every one of them is on the Kingdom Trails and VAST networks. Our cabins each have a full kitchen, porch, propane barbeque grill, stone fire pit, air conditioning, and secure bike storage. Most include an outdoor shower. All have free high-speed Wi-Fi Internet and include at least one TV for streaming. All come fully stocked with towels and linens.
Our three "Premier Cabins" each have a whole-house backup generator and offer an amazing view of Burke Mountain.
Our seven "New School Cabins" are conveniently located just outside of downtown and are right on the New School trail.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
- 95% refundable if cancelled 30 or more days prior to check-in (5.0% fee to cover credit card processing costs)
- Non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days of check-in
- Cleaning fees are refundable in all instances of cancelled reservations
- Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on cancellations due to weather or natural disasters

Rules & Regulations
- Vermont Fire Safety Regulations limits MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY TO 8 PEOPLE PER CABIN. This is super important and regardless of the size of the cabin. It is for your safety, and for our plumbing.
- For our 1-and 2-bedroom cabins, we would recommend a maximum of 4 people.
- No camping allowed on property (no tents, vans, trailers, pop-ups, etc.). You can park trailers and vans, but you cannot sleep in them.
- No Smoking in cabins under any circumstance (including all substances, manner and methods). There will be a $500 charge for anyone who smokes in our cabins.
- Please make sure all food and trash is stored in the cabin or secured in the dumpster. Never leave it out at night. We don't want to attract any bears!
- Please do not park or drive on the grass.
- Do not move any furniture.
- Do not move the barbeque grills.
- No fires unless they are in the firepits.
- No fireworks / firecrackers / firearms are to be used on premises.
- The use of our property is at your own risk.
- Check-In time is 4pm. Check-Out time is 10am.
- Checking in - A few days in advance of your reservation, you will receive an email with a four-digit code to enter the cabin. This is unique to your reservation, and to your cabin. As long as you are there after 4pm, the code will work and you can simply let yourself in.
- NOTE: When you check-in, a $500 authorization will be placed on the credit card that you used to book the reservation. It will act as a security deposit to cover any damages or excessive mess left behind. It will automatically be lifted seven days after check-in.
- Checking out - We'd appreciate your putting trash into the dumpster, closing all windows, shutting off air conditioners, and cleaning any dirty dishes. Towels and sheets can be left on the beds or on the floor. Just lock the door behind you on your way out and we'll take care of the rest!
- Limit of two dogs per cabin. We ask that owners clean up after their dogs (including outside).
- Unfortunately, due to insurance restrictions, the following dog breeds are not allowed: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, wolf hybrid or any dog that is a mix that includes one or more of the breeds listed above.
