The Residence Hotel is currently the longest operating small business in the City of Aspen.Inside The Residence, every wall tells a story, and the very building itself has been part of the Aspen community for over 130 years. The hotel opened its doors to guests in 1996 after being aesthetically curated by long-time Aspen native, Terry Butler.

All holiday reservations, require a 50% deposit at time of booking. This is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

For all other reservations, a 50% deposit it due at time of booking which is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations are non-refundable 30 days prior to arrival.

Well behaved dogs are welcome. Owners are financially responsible for all damage and lost revenue caused by their dog.
