Cancellation Policy
Once a reservation is confirmed, please notify us by email at hello@intothewoods.life for any cancellations.
- More than 10 Days Before Arrival: Cancellations made more than 10 days prior to the arrival date will incur an administrative charge of SGD $30.00.
- Within 10 Days of Arrival: Cancellations made within 10 days of the arrival date will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

All prices are listed in Singapore dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.Taxes and fees may vary based on local regulations and are subject to change without notice.Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out:
Payment is required at the time of booking, and a valid credit card must be provided.Check-in time is 1530H, and check-out time is 1100H.Late check-outs may be subject to additional charges.Additional Guests:
Additional overnight guests will be subjected to extra charges SGD$40.00 per guest, up to the maximum occupancy of each room (includes return ferry tickets, and additional bedding and linen)Additional overnight guests under 12 years will be subjected to extra charges of SGD$20.00 per guest, up to the maximum occupancy of each room (includes return ferry tickets only)Pet Policy:
An add-on pet fee of $30 applies for each reservation.Each tent is limited to a maximum of 2 pets per reservation.Elevated pet beds and pet food/water bowls are available on site.While we warmly welcome pets, we kindly ask that you help us keep the tent and its amenities in good condition for future guests. Additional cleaning and/or replacement fees may apply for soiled and damaged linens and sheets to help us continue to offer the same quality experience to all.
Traveling with Minors:
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.The hotel reserves the right to request identification to verify age.
Accessibility or Special Needs:
We strive to provide accommodation that meets the needs of all our guests. Please inform us of any special needs or accessibility requirements in advance.
Hotel Events:
The hotel may host events or activities. Guests will be notified of any disruptions in advance.
Dispute Resolution/Issues:

The hotel is not liable for loss or damage to guests' personal property.Guests are responsible for their own safety and should exercise caution on the premises.
Force Majeure:
The hotel is not liable for failure to perform its obligations in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government actions.
Third Party Rights:
These terms and conditions apply to the guest and the hotel and confer no rights upon third parties.
Waiver:
Failure to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Severance:
If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
By making a reservation or staying at our hotel, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Into the Woods Life reserves the right to amend these terms as needed.
