Amy's Place is great place for events. The hallway is filled with historical, scenery and wildlife photos. The large topographic, game management unit and Rimrocker Trail framed maps enable visitors to plan their next adventure. Brochures, cards and self-guided tour brochures give guests options for all sorts of local driving, hiking or shopping adventures. Instead of a mint on the pillow, The Vestal House has samples of the world-famous Ruth’s Toffee. Our four rooms are themed based on what the owners love about living here!

Property and Cancelation Policies :
Making a reservation at a bed and breakfast is not the same as making a hotel reservation. Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. We take great pride in preparing for your arrival.
A $20 deposit is required for all reservations. Balance due upon arrival.
If you cancel prior to the 14 days, you will be refunded the $20 deposit.
Should you need to cancel within 14 days of your arrival, you will be not be refunded the $20 deposit.
Whole house bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remainder of your stay amount is then due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation prior to 30 days allows for your deposit to be returned to you. If cancelled outside this policy, the deposit is nonrefundable.

Any missing keys, damages, stolen items, or broken items occurring during the stay will be the full financial responsibility of the guest, including anyone traveling with the guest.
