- Cancellation and non-arrival policy applies to all bookings made at Sea Change Villas. Cancellations must be in writing and received by Sea
Change Villas 31 days prior to scheduled date of arrival. - Cancellations received 31 days or more from the scheduled date of arrival will not incur a cancellation penalty.
- Cancellations received less than 31 days from the scheduled arrival date, no-shows, or reductions to your stay while at Sea Change, will incur the full cost of the original accommodation charge
To secure your booking, a 30% deposit is required at time of confirmation with final payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
