The Hacienda Siesta Alegre is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us within 72 hours (3 days) prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 72 hours (3 days) notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we will keep your first night's deposit.
Deposits & Payment: We require a 50% deposit at time of booking with balance is due upon arrival, unless otherwise stated in offer terms & conditions.
Deposit Refund is granted if reservation is cancelled more than 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival, unless otherwise stated in offer terms & conditions.

Early Departures: Once checked in, no refunds will be given.
No Show: Deposit is non- refundable.
Check-in: from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM daily.
Assisted Late Check-in: After 5:00 PM - If arriving outside of check-in hours, please call ahead of time to make the proper arrangements. An extra charge of $25. will be made.
Check-out: 11:00 AM. Late checkout may be requested, and is dependent on availability. Must be requested early on checkout date. $50 will be charged for the first two hours, until 1 PM. If available, and authorized by the office, an additional $75 will be charged after 1PM, and full rate after 3:00 PM.
Children/ infants staying in the room pay $25 per night.
By accepting to stay at Hacienda Siesta Alegre Inn, and providing a credit card number for your stay, guest automatically gives consent for these charges to be made.
For security reasons, only one cot is permitted in the room. Max weight for a cot is 103 lbs.
Smoking not allowed in rooms.
Discount rates may apply, and are always discounted from the highest published regular rates.
Absolutely No Smoking inside rooms; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
Children and pets are welcome!
