Booking Confirmation:
-A booking is confirmed upon booking (for short term).
-A booking with monthly rent arrangement is confirmed upon receiving the first month rent as the non refundable reservation deposit.
-If you choose the payment with CREDIT CARD, we might pre-authorize the credit card (first-night amount) after the booking and prior arrival. No pre-payment is required, you may proceed to pay at the property on the check in date. However, if the credit card provided does not pass through the pre-authorization process, the booking will be cancelled.   
-If you choose the payment with BANK TRANSFER mode, pre-payment is required, please proceed with the transfer within 12 hours and email the bank transfer screenshot to info@campbellinn.net. Alternatively, you may visit Campbell Inn, 50 Campbell Ln, S209922 for cash payment. Should the payment be not received within 12 hours, the booking will be cancelled.

Cancellation and Changes in Date Policy (short term stay): ·       
-You can cancel for free until 2 days before arrival. You’ll be charged the first night if you cancel within 2 days of arrival. You can change date for free until 2 days before arrival (subject to the availability and the prevailing rate for the new date). You’ll be charged the first night if you change date within 2 days of arrival. Please email to info@campbellinn.net to request for the change or cancellation.
-In the event of no show, the first night will be charged.
-Full payment upon checking in, the booking is non-refundable should early check out.

Cancellation, Changes in Date, Renewal Policy (monthly rent): ·       
-The booking is non refundable, date is non changeable.
-For confirmation of renewal, rental payment with 1 month in advance is required.
-Should any adjustment with rent, will inform 1 month in advance. 

Important notes:·       
-Check in time: 3pm and onwards
-Check out time: before 11am(Hourly extension after the check out time at $5/hour)
-Strictly no visitor(s) is allowed.
-Max occupancy per bed: 1
-The bed arrangement (upper or lower bunk) is subject to availability and will be assigned on the check in date, reserving/guaranteeing a specific bed arrangement is not available.
-If an in-house rule is breached by a guest, the management reserves the right to check out the guest without a refund.
-You are responsible for all damage caused and charges incurred throughout your stay.
-No smoking inside the hostel.
-Staying for isolation or SHN purpose is strictly not allowed.
-Rules, and regulations is subject to change.
-The hotel shall bear no responsibility for any personal injury, property damage or loss of valuable items placed or left in your room.
-A different payment policy might apply for group booking more than 5 pax.
