All guests staying at Rio Suites during their stay will be subject to these regulations.
· Rio Suites is not responsible for valuables, documents, jewelry, money, etc., forgotten in the rooms or public areas.
· Departure time will be at 11:00 am. An equivalent of half a day will be charged if you leave after 11:00 am.
· If you wish to change the departure date, please notify us and make the corresponding payments at the reception.
· Damage caused to furniture and decorations will be charged to it, and must be duly verified.
· Every person occupying a room must register in advance at the reception.
· Rio Suites reserves the right of admission for visitors received in your room.
· Animals are not allowed in the rooms, except those that help the disabled.
· For the comfort of our guests, any alteration to the order of public areas or rooms is not permitted.
· Please do not remove towels from the rooms.
· Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms. If you are found smoking inside the rooms, a fine of $200 USD will be applied.
· Access and use of any type of weapon is strictly prohibited.
· The guest is responsible for respecting these Regulations. In case of damage, you will pay the cost of its repair or replacement.
· It is the guest's obligation to keep their conversations in a moderate tone so as not to disturb the rest of other guests.
· It is prohibited to use the property for any lucrative or illicit purpose or any activity indicated under article 09 of the National Domain Forfeiture Law.
