Many rooms have fully integrated smart tv services, and our WIFI has been upgraded and now has the super-fast speed of 100/40mbps thanks to Emerald Explorers Inn's new NBN fibre to the premises. Our executive suites and corporate apartments have king beds with full-service kitchenettes and our two or three-room apartments also have a dining area, laundry and office. At Kingmot Pty Ltd (Trading as Emerald Exploreres Inn) we understand that travel plans can change. However, to ensure the smooth operation of our business, we have a strict cancellation policy in place.Standard Cancellation Terms
- Cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in will not be charged.
- Cancellations made 14 days or less before check-in will be charged the full amount of the booking.
- No-Shows: Guests who fail to check in without prior written notice will be charged the full amount of the booking.
Limited Free Cancellation
- Guests may cancel their reservation up to 14 days before check-in without being charged.
- Natural Disasters & Major Disruptions: If a guest is unable to travel due to an officially declared natural disaster (e.g., bushfires, floods, cyclones) or a government-imposed travel restriction that prevents access to the accommodation, a full refund will be provided.
What Does Not Qualify for a Refund
The following circumstances do not qualify for free cancellation or refunds:- Changing your mind or personal preference.
- Weather conditions (unless officially classified as a natural disaster).
- Personal emergencies.
- Issues with travel documents (e.g., missing visas or passports).
- Broken down vehicles, or transport delays that do not qualify as major disruptions under official government declarations.
Terms and Conditions
PAYMENTS: A valid credit card is required to guarantee all online bookings. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Visa and Mastercard have a 1.5% surcharge and American Express 2.5%. Your card will be charged 14 days prior to your check-in date. Your booking will be cancelled if your card payment declines twice over a 24-hour period. Your supplied card may also be used for any charges remaining unpaid on checkout.
CHECK IN: Check-in is from 2 pm. Your room may be available before this time, however we cannot guarantee access before 2pm.
CHECK OUT: Check-out is 10 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available by arrangement subject to availability.
