On Carlyle is a beautiful fully fenced period home situated in a quiet, peaceful area just 500m from Byron Bay's pristine beaches and the fine dining restaurants, shopping, pubs, clubs and cinemas of its CBD, and 100m from tennis courts and playing fields. You'll feel right at home in this large, spacious house which features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, large lounge area and indoor and outdoor dining areas. The house has ducted heating and cooling. The two main bedrooms have their own king size beds, and the third bedroom has two single beds. All rooms have linen provided. After a day in the sun and surf you'll be able to rinse off using the outdoor shower, and indulge in some culinary delights at one of Byron Bay's fine dining restaurants. Or if you're feeling like a night in after perusing and purchasing at one of the North Coast's famous markets, you'll be able to get creative with some of the local produce in a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ. On Carlyle has everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, so come relax and enjoy the many sights, tastes and entertainment on offer in Byron Bay. On Carlyle does not accept any Schoolies bookings.

HolidayLetting Terms and Conditions

*Security Deposit*
Deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking. Please note abooking is
not confirmed until the deposit is received.Payment of the deposit
constitutes the guests acceptance ofthe attached Rental Rules Agreement.
The balance of the rentalamount and the bond must be received in full 14
days prior tooccupancy.

If a booking iscancelled less than 1 month prior to the commencement of a
scheduled booking, the Tenant will incur a 50% of the tariffcancellation
fee. If a booking is cancelled more than 1 monthprior to the commencement
of the scheduled booking, 20% of thetariff cancellation fee will be
incurred. Please note therewill be no refund on or after check in. The
owners reserve theright to cancel bookings at anytime.

Check in time is after 2pm and check out is 10am. Keyswill be left
in lock box for your collection and we ask you toplease return them
to the lock box upon your check out.

Smoking –please respect that this is a no smoking house and we
requestthat you smoke outside.

Pets arenot permitted

"OnCarlyle" is designed for family accommodation and is not
for Schoolies or large groups. NO HOUSEPARTIES! or party like
activity will be tolerated Theneighbours are quick to report if any
noise disturbs them. Acall out fee of $150 is deducted from your security
bond each time security has to attend the premises from a noisecomplaint.

A Bondof $500 applies. It is fully refundable within 14 daysof
departure, providing the following provisions aremet.

a) No damage is done to the property or itscontents, beyond normal wear
and tear.
b) No chargesare incurred due to collection of rents.
c) All keys arereturned. A $40 lost key charge will apply.
e) No linens arelost or damaged.
f) No early check-ins or late check-outs.
g) No noise complaints resulting in a security call out.
The maximum numberof guests must not exceed 8 people. While linen and bathtowels are included we suggest that you bring your own beach towels.We do not permit linens to be taken from the property.
The openfireplace in the lounge is non operational.
In considerationfor our neighbours excessive noise is prohibited and may result intermination of rental and loss of bond. No noise should be audibleoutside the property after 10pm or before 7.30am. Byron Bay has a newcode of practice as well as a holiday letting hotline usedspecifically for any noise complaints or disturbances. The holidayletting hotline number is 6626 6888; this number is also foryour convenience to use if there is any noise or disturbance in yourarea.
If security iscalled to the property due to noise disturbances a $150 fee will bededucted from the bond. If there is a second call due to noisecomplaints there will be no refund of bond and you will be evicted.
The client agrees tobe a considerate tenant, to take good care of the property and leaveat the end of the rental period. Although the after-stay clean ispaid by the renter, the owner reserves the right to make a retentionfrom the security bond to cover additional cleaning costs if theclient leaves the property in an unacceptable condition.
