outdoor dining areas.
The two main
bedrooms have their own king size beds, and the third bedroom has two
single beds. All rooms have linen provided.
After a day in the
sun and surf you'll be able to rinse off using the outdoor shower,
and indulge in some culinary delights at one of Byron Bay's fine
dining restaurants. Or if you're feeling like a night in after
perusing and purchasing at one of the North Coast's famous markets,
you'll be able to get creative with some of the local produce in a
fully equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ.

Deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking. Please note, a booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Payment of the deposit constitutes the guests acceptance of the attached Rental Rules Agreement. The balance of the rental amount and the bond must be received in full 14 days prior to occupancy.
If a booking is cancelled less than 1 month prior to the commencement of a scheduled booking, the Tenant will incur a 50% of the tariff cancellation fee. If a booking is cancelled more than 1 month prior to the commencement of the scheduled booking, 10% of the tariff cancellation fee will be incurred. Please note there will be no refund on or after check in. The owners reserve the right to cancel bookings at anytime.

Keys will be left in lock box for your collection, and we ask you to please return them to the lock box upon your check out. Smoking –please respect that this is a no smoking house and we request that you smoke outside.
Pets are not permitted
"On Carlyle" is designed for family accommodation, and is not suitable for Schoolies or large groups. NO HOUSE PARTIES! or party like activity will be tolerated. The neighbors are quick to report, if any noise disturbs them. A call out fee of $170 is deducted from your security bond each time security has to attend the premises for a noise complaint.
The Bond is fully refundable within 14 days of departure, providing the following provisions are met. a) No damage is done to the property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b) No charges are incurred due to collection of rents.
c) All keys are returned. A $40 lost key charge will apply.
e) No linen are lost or damaged.
f) No noise complaints resulting in a security call out.
The maximum number of guests must not exceed 6 people
The open fireplace in the lounge is non operational.
In consideration for our neighbors, excessive noise is prohibited, and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond. No noise should be audible outside the property after 10pm or before 7.30am. Byron Bay has a new code of practice, as well as a holiday letting hotline used specifically for any noise complaints or disturbances. The holiday letting hotline number is 02 6626 6888; this number is also for your convenience to use if there is any noise or disturbance in your area. If security is called to the property due to noise disturbances a $170 fee will be deducted from the bond. Multiple noise complaints will terminate the tenants agreement, and the bond forfeited.
The client agrees to be a considerate tenant, to take good care of the property and leave at the end of the rental period. Although the after-stay clean is paid by the renter, the owner reserves the right to make a retention from the security bond to cover additional cleaning costs if the client leaves the property in an unacceptable condition.
