Terms and Conditions
Reservation
Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. We will charge your credit card immediately after we have confirmed your reservation.The hotel has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the Pre-Payment Deposit. We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after canceling your booking.
Smoking
You may smoke outside at Willow House although, any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a disappointed look and a $100 room cleaning fee. Please be cognizant of other guests when smoking outdoors and respect their space.
Reservation Extension
If you are already staying with us and you would like to stay longer, please let us know at least 24 hours before your check- out date. We will do our best to accommodate your new plans and this can include relocating you to another Casita. Please note: If we need to relocate you to another Casita based on availability, our 2 night minimum stay will apply.
Pets
Are we pet friendly? Unfortunately, we do not allow outside pets do to the rawness of the land and BBNP pet policy.
Property Damage
Any property damages, room damages or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value. Pre-existing damages or room issues must be reported immediately to avoid responsibility and potential charges.
Housekeeping
Room refreshes will not be offered during stays. The main house will be cleaned multiple times per day. Should you need fresh towels or linen in your Casita, please call or text (432) 538-2569.
Guest Safety
As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity, room number or presence of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement. It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence and room number to any person they wish. Safety cameras are used throughout the premises, and anyone on our property may be recorded. The hotel assumes no responsibility for any personal injury while hiking on property or in BBNP.

Hygiene protocol
Whilst stricter hygiene measures have been in place since the outbreak of COVID-19, we continue to review and raise our standards to be in-line with the latest research and recommendations from the World Health Organisation (WHO). This includes elevated deep cleaning procedures and strict hygiene checks in all areas.
Cancellation policy
We understand these are unprecedented times and cannot guarantee a full refund during this time. Although, please contact us at info@willowhouse.co and we will assess each reservation on a case by case basis. We will do our best to acomodate - we are all in this together!
COVID Policy
Future guests who have been exposed to COVID-19, displayed COVID-19 symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat) should find lodging elsewhere. For the safety of long-term guests and employees, Willow House is not offering respite rooms at this time. Should you fall ill during your stay, please notify staff immediately so we can block your room for hazard cleaning upon your departure and connect you to any medical resources you may need.
