Casa Simeon is located 20 KM away from Legazpi City and is in the town center of Bacacay. The public market with wonderful finds, the church, schools, department stores, 7-11, groceries, cafes, restaurants and such are all a 5 to 10 minute walk away.
The restaurant at Casa Simeon boasts its heirloom cuisine of Filipino, Spanish, and Colonial fussion. The Meriendang Albayano sa Casa Simeon is a must try as it is a collection of 4 local snacks uniquely prepared the Casa Simeon way. Of course, all other dishes are a must try too!

Terms and Conditions
RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Standard check-in time is 1400H and standard check-out time is 12:00nn. Early check-in is subject to room availability and is subject to management approval. Late check-out is subject to room availability and will be charged at PHP250 per hour with the maximum of four (4) hours extension only. Exceeding the maximum time will be considered as one night stay and will be charged automatically.
2. Upon check-in, Casa Simeon guests are required to present a valid identification card with photograph confirming his/her identity and a security deposit of PHP1,000 per room.
3. Strictly NO SMOKING and NO DRINKING inside the room.
4. Bringing of OWN FOOD and DRINKS will have a corresponding corkage. Leaving of food and drinks at the pantry’s chiller or in the kitchen’s freezer is possible but discouraged especially if in large volumes due to space limitations.
5. Guests are advised to secure their personal belongings and valuables. A safe box is available inside the room for your valuables.
6. Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to Casa Simeon’s property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. A room inspection will be done prior to guest check-out.
7. Casa Simeon is not responsible for the loss, destruction or damage of cash, securities, valuables, and guest’s personal effects. Please inform reception about any damage immediately after it has been discovered. Casa Simeon will assist with any investigation necessary and with documents that may be needed for the guest to claim from his/her personal insurance.
8. Room is good for a maximum of four (4) persons regardless if child or adult. An extra person charges:
• Any extra person on top of two (2) persons in the room WITHOUT an extra mattress and on bed share arrangement will be charged PHP600 per night. Breakfast and extra toiletries included.
• Any extra person on top of two (2) persons in the room WITH an extra mattress will be charged PHP1,000 per night. Breakfast and extra toiletries included.
• A maximum of two (2) children aged 11 and below, on a bed share arrangement, are free of charge. The children will not have any breakfast inclusion.
• A child requiring an extra mattress will be charged as an adult at PHP1,000 per night. Breakfast and toiletries included.
9. Standard room set-up will only have two (2) sets of bath towels and face towels. An extra set will be provided for every additional paid person. Any additional request will have a corresponding charge.
10. In your room is bottled water, coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. These are complimentary items. A maximum of one (1) toothbrush and one (1) pair of slippers per paid person is available at reception free of charge if needed.
11. No electric appliances and furniture is to be installed inside the room without the permission of management.
12. The restaurant is open from 7AM to 9PM daily.
• Breakfast = 0700H to 1000H
• Snack/Merienda = 1000H to 2030H
(NOTE: Depending on how busy the kitchen is sandwiches may not be available during lunch and dinner hours)
• Lunch = 1100H to 1400H
• Dinner = 1730H to 2030H (last call for orders)
• The restaurant closes at 2100H
13. Casa Simeon has the right to refuse or eject any guest for the reasons like, but not limited to, guests under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol or behaviour that may harm the well-being of Casa Simeon staff and other guests.
14. Guests are responsible for informing Casa Simeon staff of any allergies, dietary restrictions, and any health conditions.
15. We request for all guests to tone down noise after 2200H to give respect to other in house guests that would like to rest.
16. Visitors are not allowed on Casa Simeon premises after 2200H.
17. Our library has books and board games which you may use. Please be reminded that these books and board games may only be used in the library and cannot be taken out of the library area. We request for you to take proper care of these as well. We would like other in house guests and future guests to enjoy the books and board games too.
