Credit Card
We require a credit card to book, hold or check-in to a room. At the discretion of the resort, we may ask for a deposit in lieu of a credit card.
No Smoking
All of our rooms and interior areas of the resort are non-smoking. If there is any indication of smoking a $250 (including HST) damage charge will be applied. Certain areas around the property are designated as non-smoking such as the restaurant patio, tennis courts, outdoor swimming pool and children's play areas. If you are smoking in or near those areas our staff are required by the law to ask you to stop smoking or move to an area where smoking is permitted.
Pet Policy
The resort has some rooms that are pet friendly. For those rooms that are able to accommodate a pet, we have a pet fee of $20 (including HST) per day. Please be sure to inform us if you have a pet. If the staff is not notified and there is a pet in your room, we will charge $150 (including HST). We ask that keep your pet on a leash while walking the property.
Rollaway beds
Rollaway beds are subject to availability and room type, the hotel charges an additional fee of $20 (including HST) per night.
Quiet Hours
The resort quiet time is from 11:00PM to 8:00AM. If you become aware of a disruptive guest, please contact Front Desk staff immediately by phone or in person. Televisions, voices or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times. Doors should be opened and closed quietly. No congregating or running in halls.
Lost and Found
The resort assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please call us immediately 705-241-8658 or email info@jollyrogerparrysound.com and we will try to assist you in locating your lost item. Any item, with the exception of perishable items, left behind by our guests and found after departure by Housekeeping will be collected, logged in, and kept in a secure location for collection by the owner for up to thirty (30) days.
Use of Fitness Club/ Swimming Pools:
The guest must acknowledge, accept and be awarethat there are inherent and potentially significant risks associated with the participation in recreational activities/ using the fitness club or swimming pools. The guests must use these facilities at their own risk. The Resort or the company & the company's representatives hold no libility for any damage, injuries or death caused by the use of such facilities.
We encourage the guests to sign a waiver at the Front Desk before using the fitness club/ swimming pool facilities.
Changes And Modifications To Policies
The resort reserves the right to amend, modify, change, cancel, vary or add to these policies or the arrangements and content featured on our website at any time without prior notice. Please check our website regularly for updates to the policies. Any modification to the policies that occurs before your departure is considered a part of your reservations agreement with us.
