Terms and Conditions
Guests First Nights Stay plus 15% tax will be taken at the time the reservation is made. Remaining night(s) will be charged 10 days prior to your stay. Inside the 10 days you will forfeit 100% of your stay should you decide to cancel or not show up. Outside the 10 days you will receive a full refund minus a small $25.00 processing fee,(per room), for each night booked.
For the health of our guests - Napa Valley Railway Inn is a non-smoking,(or lighting up anything), no pet, property. For smoking in your room or common areas you will be charged a minimum of $100.00 cleaning fee, or a maximum of one nights stay if the room is not rentable. The same fees will apply for pets of any kind. Only those service animals who are ADA approved will be allowed and must stay with the guest at all times. No leaving the service animal in the room alone or in a crate. Notify the Inn at the time of the booking so that housekeeping will be aware once you have departed.
**PLEASE PROVIDE your mobile/cell phone number when making your reservation. The Inn will be sending you a text the day of your arrival to let you know if your room is ready early along with which room you will be in and your door’s keypad code. If you do not have a mobile/cell phone then let us know prior to your arrival and we will arrange to Email you the same information. If we don’t get a hold of you prior to check in an envelope will be left on our office door with a number for you to call to receive your room number and door code.
We have eliminated the person to person check in process and upon your arrival you will be able to go directly to your room that has been sanitized per the CDC guidelines given to us.
