- All guests must be 21 years or older to confirm guest room accommodations at Allenberry. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check in.
- Dogs permitted in Cottage 4, Cottage 5, and Cottage 6 ONLY. No pets allowed in any other buildings or lodges. Max of 2. Pet fee is $25 per day, per pet. Must notify hotel 5+ days prior to arrival to confirm appropriate pet-friendly lodging has been reserved.
- Smoking is not permitted in any buildings; violators subject to fees of $250+. There are designated outdoor areas available for smoking.
