Please find the below terms and conditions for your stay:
Check-in at 3:30PM: You can check-in any time after 3:30PM. You will receive a virtual check-in brochure as well as instructions to your phone and email the morning of your arrival.
The balance of the full accommodation rental amount is payable on arrival at check-in time. Please note that check-in cannot be completed until full payment and security deposit pre-authorization for the accommodation have been received and approved. A key is provided at check-in time. The cost of any keys needing replacement may be taken from the deposit.
Check-out at 10:30AM: You can check-out any time up until 10:30AM by local time. Later check-out times may be requested, and will be based on availability.
At check-out time please leave keys on the kitchen table and the door unlocked. Please note that a more detailed inspection of the room/apartment is usually made after the check-out time and we reserve the right to make charges for any damages found before the room/apartment is occupied again.
The security deposit should be released by your credit card issuing bank automatically in 3-5 business days
Cancellation Policy: Please carefully read our cancellation policy. To save any misunderstanding we would be grateful if you can observe the following:
Indoor smoking of any kind is never allowed. There will be a $250 cleaning charge if any evidence of smoking is found indoors. Please note that we comply with the local health and safety guidelines and recommendations provided by the EEC on smoking in public places.
Immediate termination of the rental agreement is possible if:
Damages:During your stay, the apartment and all equipment and furniture should be treated with care and kept in order. Immediate notification to Eagle Bay Village staff will be expected of any damages or breakages in the apartment. Any costs will be deducted from the deposit. Any costs will be claimed by return if they are greater than the deposit or where the deposit has already been returned.
Unit Types: While requests for specific units will be accommodated when possible, please note- When you make a reservation, you are booking an accommodation type (not a specific unit). Each accommodation type includes similar apartments of similar size and equipment, however, interior design can be different.
After you have booked your stay with us, you are always welcome extend your stay (depending on availability) Amenities: Beach terms: the beach will be open for the exclusive use of registered guests, from 8am-6pm daily, weather permitting. Be advised, there is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY at any time, and all swimming is conducted at the user’s risk. Detailed beach rules can be found at the beachfront sign. Playground equipment: the user assumes all risks associated with any playground equipment and by entering/using the user agrees to have inspected each item prior to use. Pet Policy: Pets will be permitted on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a $100 pet fee, per pet. Pets who are destructive, or disruptive will be asked to leave, and can be boarded at the boarding facility across the street.
Kitchen Policy: Please practice safe cooking habits and do not leave burners on unattended. Please do not cook with strong smelling ingredients. Lingering smells that require room closure and deep cleans will be charged a cleaning fee of up to $250
Parking Policy: Number of parking spaces varies by unit rented. By parking a vehicle at our facility, you (and your guests) are doing so on your own accord. Eagle Bay Village does not take responsibility or accept liability for damage, accident or loss to your vehicle or personal property.
Room Cleaning Policy:Room refreshes will not be offered during stays. Should you need fresh towels or linen, please call the front desk using “Whistle”, by calling 315-357-6812, or email eaglebayvillage@gmail.com
Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned for any no show or outstanding balanced rooms without a check-in. Eagle Bay Village has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the “pre-payment deposit”. We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after canceling your booking.
