Important Winter Weather Advisory
During the winter months, there is a high likelihood of snow and inclement weather. While we strive to keep the property safe and accessible, please be aware that guests may experience slippery walkways, snowy parking lots, and snowy driveways. We encourage you to exercise caution when walking around the property and to drive carefully in winter conditions. Please dress accordingly, and keep an eye on weather forecasts during your stay to ensure your safety and comfort. You can check in anytime after 3:30 PM. You will receive a virtual check-in brochure as well as instructions to your phone and email on the morning of your arrival.The balance of the full accommodation rental amount is payable upon arrival. Please note that check-in cannot be completed until full payment and security deposit pre-authorization for the accommodation have been received and approved. A key will be provided at check-in. The cost of any keys needing replacement may be taken from the deposit.Early Check-in
Early check-in is guaranteed by 1:00 PM. However, if you would like to check in earlier than 1:00 PM, it must be approved by the front desk. We will do our best to accommodate early arrivals, based on availability.Check-out: 10:30 AM
You can check out any time before 10:30 AM local time. Late check-out times may be requested and will be based on availability.Late Check-out
Late check-out is guaranteed until 2:00 PM. If you need a later check-out time, it must be approved by the front desk. We will do our best to accommodate late departures, based on availability. At check-out, please leave keys on the kitchen table and the door unlocked. A detailed inspection of the room/accommodation is usually performed after check-out. We reserve the right to charge for any damages found before the accommodation is occupied again.Additional Policies
- Smoking: Smoking of any kind is not allowed indoors. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found inside.
- Termination of Rental Agreement: The rental agreement may be immediately terminated if:
- More guests stay in the accommodation than agreed.
- Unauthorized pets are brought in. A $100 fine will apply for pets found in the accommodation.
- There is excessive noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Damages: During your stay, the accommodation and all equipment should be treated with care. Please notify us immediately if any damages occur. Any repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit. If the costs exceed the deposit, we will seek reimbursement.
- Unit Types: When you make a reservation, you are booking an accommodation type (not a specific unit). While we will do our best to accommodate requests for specific units, the interior design may vary between similar units.
- Extensions: After booking, you may request to extend your stay (subject to availability).
Amenities and Rules
- Beach: The beach is for exclusive use of registered guests, from 8 AM to 6 PM daily, weather permitting. There is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY, and swimming is at your own risk. A beach waiver must be signed prior to check-in to acknowledge this risk.
- Playground: The user assumes all risks associated with playground equipment and agrees to inspect each item before use. Playground use is at your own risk.
- Pet Policy: Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with a $100 pet fee per pet. Pets that are disruptive or destructive will be asked to leave and can be boarded at the nearby facility.
- Kitchen: Please do not leave cooking appliances unattended. Strong-smelling ingredients should be avoided. A cleaning fee of up to $250 will be charged if lingering smells require a deep clean.
- Parking: The number of parking spaces varies by accommodation. Eagle Bay Village is not responsible for damage or loss to vehicles or personal property.
- Room Cleaning: Room refreshes are not offered during your stay. If you need fresh towels or linen, please contact the front desk using "Whistle," call 315-357-6812, or email eaglebayvillage@gmail.com.
Booking Terms
- Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, the accommodation may be reassigned in case of a no-show or unpaid balance.
- Eagle Bay Village reserves the right to cancel a reservation if the pre-payment/deposit is not received.
- A valid photo ID is required at check-in.
- Maximum Occupancy Rules: Please note the maximum occupancy for each accommodation. Guests under 3 years old do not count toward the total occupancy. Pack and plays are available upon request.
