For cancellations giving less than 7 (seven) day's notice (prior to check in date & time, GMT+8), for a ‘no show’ or cancellation during confirmed stay dates cancellation fee will be the amount of the total accommodation booked. For the payment via credit or debit card, there may be some bank fees to be taken as a reversal process (refund) with the processing time normally takes 3-30 business days.
100% deposit will be charged upon receiving the booking. Once the full amount is confirmed, a booking confirmation email will be sent to your provided email address.

*For stay dates between 21st December 2024 to 10th January 2025, the free cancellation period of 21 days applies. The latest date to modify or cancel the booking would be 22 days before your arrival date.
*Some exceptions may apply for promotional rates and non-refundable rates.

Terms and Conditions

Effective 1st January 2023, the Malaysian Tourism Tax is a tax of RM10 per room per night charged on a tourist staying at any accommodation premises in Malaysia, collected by the resort under the Tourism Tax Act 2017 (TTx Act). The total amount of the tax will be collected by cash upon check-in at the resort.

i) Maximum 2 adults + 2 young children below 12 years old, or 3 adults and 0 children are accommodated in one 1-bedroom Pool Villas.

iii) No wheel chair access
iv) No pets are allowed

By making this reservation you are acknowledging and agreeing to release the resort from any and all responsibility or liability for injuries or damages while staying here and you hereby agree not to make any claim against Ambong Pool Villas for injuries or damages.
