Terms and Conditions
A. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
B. All guests shall abide by Innsbrucker Inn's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
C. NO PETS. If an unauthorized pet is onsite a $500 fumigation fee will be assessed and guest will be asked to leave.
D. Guest must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if different). Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
E. NO smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the premises. Any evidence of smoking or vaping inside the room will be charged an additional $500 fumigation fee.
G. Guest is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
H. Guest is permitted one free parking stall. Any additional vehicles beyond 1 vehicle will need to park on the public street or paid parking lot in the area.
I. Guest may NOT leave car parked in the parking lot after check out unless leaving vehicle parked was authorized by staff and guest has paid the $25 after check out parking fee or $25 late check out fee. All vehicles left past 11am checkout will be subject to towing fees should the car need to be removed. Please note paying for the $25 fee for extra vehicle parking will require an additional $25 fee for staying parked past checkout. Leaving car parked past check-out is until 2pm at which point the vehicle would need to be moved.
