Sheridan's is a unique Bed & Breakfast offering seven guest rooms on our Lake Drive location along with two off-site studios in our Sheridan's Bay View Studios on Homer Street. Each property offers high quality furnishings with a self-check in process that's sure to meet your needs based on your arrival schedule. Our Lake Drive location offers rooms inspired by renowned wine-making regions and guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast delivered to their room at either 8 a.m. or 9 a.m. This location also features a 24-hour Fitness Center and outdoor courtyard with spaced out table seating. Our friendly office staff is available until 5 p.m. central time every day.
Our Sheridan's Bay View Studios, on Homer Street, offers beautiful rentals that are sure to give you an experience customized to your desires. These rentals feature a fully-stocked kitchen with coffee pot, dishes, glassware and cooking equipment. Microwave, refrigerator, electric stovetop, and dishwasher complete the kitchen. Located in the heart of Bay View, guests can choose to stay in or enjoy a full-array of coffee shops, restaurants, shopping & entertainment, including our very own Avalon Theater (www.avalonmke.com) and award-winning Mistral Mediterranean restaurant (www.mistralmke.com).

Property and Cancelation Policies :
DEPOSIT POLICY: The first night of your stay will be charged to the credit card on file as a deposit 48 hours prior to your arrival. The remaining balance due, if applicable, will be charged on the day of check-in. Changes to reservation may be made up to 48 hours prior to check in at no additional cost or fee.
Terms and Conditions
GUEST POLICY INFORMATION: All rates are based on double occupancy; each additional guest is $35.00 per day. Guest must be 19 years of age to reserve a room. Our facility is non-smoking and cannot accommodate pets. Failure to adhere to either of these policies could result in the assessment of damage charges. (Minimum of $300.00). Check in time is 2:00 pm, guests must vacate the room by 11:00 am on their check out date, unless previous arrangement were made. Failure to vacate the room by the check-out time of 11 am will result in the assessment of additional room charges. With my (guest's) signature, I agree to be personally responsible for all charges incurred on my account including extra guests, cleaning fees, additional linen changes and property damage that may occur during my stay. Any charges which are not settled in full at time of check-out will be placed on my credit card. I hereby release Sheridan’s Bed & Breakfast from all liability, if I choose to utilize any of the facilities on this property. Sheridan House is not responsible for loss or damage to any valuables. Sheridan’s is privately owned and operated and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
