CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m (If you require a later check in time, please contact us directly for us to arrange this)
CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:30 a.m.
Our quiet hours on property are 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

RESERVATION POLICY
All requests to reserve a room must include the first and last name of all adults occupying the room and a valid credit card for deposit guarantee. All reservations are subject to a 15% Sales tax
When booking in a group, keep maximum occupancy rules in mind- two people max per room (Twin, Queen or King)

CHECK-IN POLICY
In order to guarantee your reservation, the amount of the first night will be charged at the time of booking on Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. The balance of the total amount will be charged upon check out.

Important information to note: We are a shoeless property! We will provide you with some cozy slippers when you check in which you can keep with you during your stay. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
A 72hr cancelation notice is required prior to your arrival to avoid any cancellation fees.

SMOKING POLICY
The Courthouse Inn Revelstoke is a non-smoking property. This applies to all guestrooms, and the front and back gardens. This also applies to all vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, electronic cigarettes and any other variations. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a $250 room cleaning fee.

PET POLICY
Unfortunately we do not allow any pets on property. 

ROOM POLICY
If any damage occurs to any of the hotels property during your stay, the Courthouse Inn will charge for this dependent on the damage caused. The hotel allows guests, with permission, to receive special deliveries at the property. We are not responsible for the packages or their contents or the storage of them.


PARKING POLICY
We have an onsite parking lot which is complimentary with your stay. 

MINIMUM AGE POLICY
All guests must be 18 years or older to confirm guestroom accommodations at the Courthouse Inn Revelstoke. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification.
We accept families staying with children ages 12 or older.


SAFETY POLICY
As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity, room number or presence of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement. This includes the taking of or delivery of messages or indirect forwarding of phone calls. It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence and room number to any person they wish to receive calls or visits from. The hotel assumes no responsibility for any personal bodily injury incurred throughout the Inn, where available.
