- Any cancellation or amendment must be informed at least 7 days prior to the arrival date, then the reservation will be refundable.
- Any cancellation or amendment made within 7 days or less before the arrival date, then, the reservation will NON-refundable in any cases.
- In case of postponing the date of arrival, changing the date of arrival, or the room type that increases the prices of your stay, the price difference will be paid directly to the hotel as soon as the new arrival date is confirmed. (The room rate of the new arrival date is subject to change according to the hotel)
- No Show charge 100% of the total booking amount.
- Please kindly show our staff the proof of payment, reservation details, and ID card/Passport upon your arrival.
- There will be a room key deposit of 500THB in CASH upon your check-in. This deposit will be returned upon the check-out when the key is returned.
- The room rates are "Room Only" NO breaskfast included as well as other hotel activities.

- Any refund will be deducted 10% of the total booking amount as the administration's bank fee.

- We do not provide any room for disabled persons.
- We do not provide any parking space on the mainland.
- All of our rooms are NON-SMOKING rooms. Please do not smoke in the room, otherwise, a 2000THB penalty will be applied.
- No pets are allowed.
- No cooking within the room or hotel public areas, if so, there will be a penalty of 1000THB.
- No loud noises or loud music after 10:00 PM. (22:00) in any cases.
- Please looking after and inspect your belongings before checking out of the room. We do NOT responsible if you forget your belonging in the room afther checking out.
