For non-refundable promotions all cancellations will incur a 100% stay value penalty including taxes, regardless of the date in which the cancellation is requested.
Reservations with flexible cancellation policies with stays between January 2nd to December 23rd must be cancelled at least 4 days prior arrival date in order for the deposit to be refunded.
If cancellation occurs within 3 days prior to your arrival date it will incur in a 100% stay value penalty including taxes.
Reservations with flexible cancellation policies with stays between December 24th to January 1st must be cancelled at least 61 days prior arrival date in order for the depositto be refunded.
If cancellation occurs within 60 days prior to your arrivaldate it will incur in a 100% stay value penalty including taxes
No Shows & Early Departures will be charged 100% stay value penalty including taxes.

Terms and Conditions
By continuing with the reservation, you accept and agree with Hotel HAU, hereinafter (the hotel) making the reservation (the details established are based on the terms and conditions below:
• Base rates are for 2 persons only.• Any additional person generates a surcharge of $450.00MXN.• Pets are not allowed.• Lost key has a cost of $200 MXN.• Smoking is not allowed inside the hotel facilities or inside the rooms.• Noise must be moderated inside the rooms after 11 pm.• Outsiders are not allowed in the facilities that are not staying at the hotel.• The Check in time is from 15:00 pm to 22:00 pm. • Check-out time is at 12:00 pm. Late check out can be requested (depending on availability and authorization) with an additional cost of $250.00MXN per hour. • A valid government-issued ID or passport is required at check-in.• A valid credit card is required at check-in.• Any damage to property furnishings, linens, or equipment by of the guest will generate a charge for the total amount of the item.
• By continuing with the reservation, you also accept and acknowledge the terms and conditions of the hotel in their entirety. • The hotel may, at its sole discretion, cancel the reservation at the hotel if the information provided is false or incomplete. • The hotel will not be responsible for losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by yourself as a result of any cancellation by the hotel. • The hotel has the right to use the credit card provided by the guest, to cover any cost of property damage and/or any outstanding balance.
