Remarks
- Our kitchen is not fully operating during this time but food delivery is welcome
- For safety our front gate will close at 9pm but you can let our reception know about return time and we will open the gate for you!
- Front desk is at your service until 9pm, please LINE us after if you need anything!
- Smoking is prohibited in the room, please smoke outside on the balcony or outdoor only
- Full cleaning such as bedding change and towel change will be done every 3 days
- Touch ups such as garbage take out and making bed will be done daily on request
- Any additional toiletries needed is available upon request
- Gym Access (7am-8pm)
- To avoid cross contact at the gym, we only allow for parties that booked the package together to attend the gym together
- Please book your gym hour at the reception 4 hours in advance
- Pool Access (8am-7pm)
- To avoid cross contact at the pool, we only allow for parties that booked the package together to attend the pool together
- Please book your pool hour at the reception 4 hours in advance
- No guests outside of check in registration allowed, a fee of 800 baht will be charged per person if found

Departure
Check out time is 12pm.
In the case of overstay, the hotel has the right to charge 500 baht/hour.
Payment and Refund policy

Luggage Storage
Subject to availability of the storage space, the guest can store luggage in the luggage room, at the guest's sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause, Luggage may not be stored for a period of over 30 days.
Guest's Belongings
Guests are responsible to lock the door of their rooms when going out and going to bed.The Management will not be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest's belongings or any other property.

Hazardous Goods
Bringing any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited. The hotel will not be responsible for any damage occurred.
Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food (such as Durian or Anchovies) are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.
Damage to Property
The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. Any damages or loss will be charged accordingly to the damage, cost of the repair or replacement.

Management's Rights
It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any problem within the hotel premise.
The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, Without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.
Government rules and regulations and application of laws
Guest are requested to observe, abide by confirm to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.
Photographs and Videos
Using photographs and videos taken in the hotel for commercial or public purposes is illegal.
