Acceptance & Confirmation of your Booking is subject to the following conditions: Reservations: Groups will be asked to pay a 25%non-refundable reservation fee* IN advance to secure the booking. Written confirmation will be issued to you on receipt of payment. *Management reserves the right to change the reservation fee for large bookings or for specific booking periods.

Rates: Our rate includes administration costs, utility bills, linen, towels, TV Channels, Internet/Wi-Fi and parking, VAT.

Accuracy Rates quote dare subject to availability and alteration. All discounted rates quoted are limited offers and are similarly subject to availability, a minimum number of nights stay, and a certain number of sharing guests. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information presented on the website, Shoreline apartments does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information of listed features and products at the indiscretion. Rates are quoted and charged in Euro are inclusive of VAT at the current rate unless otherwise stated. Alternative currency rates are indicative only, are based on current exchange rates and are subject to fluctuation
Balance of Payment: Full payment of rental cost must be made to 7 days prior to the arrival. We can only accept payments by Stripe payment link or PayPal.  

Accommodation Capacity: For insurance reasons the total number of clients staying in each apartment must not exceed the maximum capacity. As the capacity in each apartment may vary, it is important that you check with Shoreline Apartments in advance, to ensure that you do not exceed the limit.
Arrival & Departure Times: Check intime will be from 4pm on day of arrival Self-Check in instructions are sent 3 days prior to the arrival, checkout time is 10am. These times must be strictly adhered to. In the event that you are unable to depart at the specified time, please notify us in advance.  
Late check-outs and Early check-ins are subject to room availability and occupancy. We advise that you check with our Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to arrival/departure. Additional charge will be appliedto your reservation.

Security Deposit: Please note that a PayPal transfer or credit card is required 24hfor a €500.00 security deposit for each apartment. In the event of damage to the property or its contents and the noise complaints from other guests the security deposit will not be refunded. This deposit will be refunded on departure once the manager is satisfied that the terms & conditions have been complied with. If an alternative check-out time has been arranged, the deposit will be refunded within 5-10 working days. Final cleaning is included in the rental of the apartment, but failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition, may also result in the loss of the security deposit. Insurance: It is strongly recommended that clients take out holiday insurance to cover the possibility of cancellation charges. The apartments and their contents are insured by Shoreline Apartments. However, you may wish to take out insurance for your own personal belongings.  

Cancellations: The cancellation policy varies according to the rate that is booked. Please refer to the individual full rate descriptions given at booking.  

Non-Refundable booking policy/Standard Rate Booking Policy - full payment will be taken within 48h after booking is made. If canceled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Flexible Booking Policy - You may cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price if you cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price.

Bookings with 4 apartments or more are subject to Group Booking Cancellation Policy. Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation after check-in cannot be refunded. If the reservation fee has not been paid in time, the Management may rescind the reservation without granting any grace period. If the Guest fails to arrive by 10am next day of the agreed date of arrival, the Management shall not be obliged to accommodate them unless a later time of arrival has been agreed upon.  

Minimum stay The minimum stay is 2 nights. A minimum length of stay, deposit, cancellation charge and other conditions may apply to certain rates, as specified.  

Provision of substitute accommodation The Management may provide the guest or the guests with adequate substitute accommodation (of the same quality) provided that this is reasonable for the guest, particularly if the difference is insignificant and objectively justified. An objective justification shall, for example, be deemed given if the room(s) has (have)become unusable, guests that have already been accommodated prolong their stay, the establishment is overbooked or this becomes necessary due to other important operational activities.  

Bed Linen: The rate includes 1 set of towels per person and bed linen. We recommend that you bring beach towels and any extra towels you may need. Please note that bed linen for cots is not provided.

Behavior: At Shoreline Apartments You shall be responsible and liable for any failure on the part of any party forming part of your booking to comply with these terms and conditions. Behavior should be in keeping with a family environment and should not be excessive, noisy or disruptive, especially at night. Offensive or illegal behavior will not be tolerated, and we may ask you and your party to leave without refund if we consider your conduct inappropriate or likely to harm or impair the enjoyment of other guests. You must inform us in advance if any member of your party has an infectious or contagious medical condition and we have the right to refuse the booking. There must be at least one responsible adult in every accommodation unit forming part for your booking. Compensation payable by you. You agree that we have the right to recover from you , whether by credit/debit card or otherwise, the costs of any property or accommodation damage; any compensation we may pay to others; and/or any other costs or fees we may incur resulting from you or any member of your party’s action or inaction and/or from any breach of these terms and conditions.

Liability: Shoreline Apartments shall not be liable for any damages, loss or personal injury which may be sustained by persons or property at any time during the reserved stay.  

Pets: Pets shall not be permitted within Shoreline Apartments with the exception of Service Dogs.

Non-Smoking Policy: Shoreline Apartments has a strictly non-smoking policy. Smokers are requested to smoke outside the property.  

Car Parking Our parking areas are not supervised. Before leaving your vehicle, please remove your possessions and ensure it is fully secured. We accept no liability for any loss or damage.
Car park is based on first come first served availability. 

Right to Decline: Shoreline Apartments reserves the right to refuse, alter or cancel a booking, even after receipt of payment. In addition, Shoreline Apartments is relieved of all liability should reserved accommodation not be available due to circumstances beyond our control. In such an instance, alternative arrangements will be made in similar accommodation or a full refund will be offered. However, no refund or liability will apply to a situation where a client is requested to vacate, or leaves of their own accord, prior to the expiration of their booking.

Special Requests: Requests for cots, highchairs etc. must be made to us in writing & whilst we will endeavor if at all possible, to meet your requests, it cannot be guaranteed.

Force Majeure Force majeure shall be understood to include staff illness (making it reasonably impossible for hotel to conduct its business in a normal manner), war, threat of war, riots, stoppage of work or industrial action, water damage, acts of war, terrorism, fire, flooding and government measures, or any unforeseeable or unavoidable event beyond the Company's control. In the event of force majeure, Shoreline apartments shall be entitled to either suspend performance of the Agreement or cancel the Agreement. In such case, Shoreline apartments shall not be liable to pay compensation for any loss or damage. The foregoing terms shall also apply if a force majeure situation arises in respect of persons and /or services and/or institutions engaged by the apartments for the performance of the Agreement or any other agreement. This also includes everything that applies to the aforementioned persons and/or services and/or institutions in terms of reasons for postponement or cancellation, as well as breach of contract by the aforementioned. In the case of force majeure, Hotel shall not be obliged to provide proof of how this has affected its business.

We have the right to increase or decrease prices in line with any change in VAT or other duties or taxes levied on your trip as a result of a change in applicable laws.
