Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.
- No Shows are responsible for full payment of their entire reservation.
- Should you cancel within 2 days prior to your arrival, your deposit will be refunded, less a $20/room/night administration/re-booking fee.
- Any cancellation made 48 hours (2 days) before your date of arrival will have your deposit fully refunded.

Dolan House Policies
Room rates include double occupancy and a full breakfast. Rates are quoted per night excluding tax (11.5%). Only rates as published on the Dolan House website are guaranteed. Only one discount or promotion can be applied at a time.
The Dolan House does not accept walk-in guests. Bookings within 24 hours of stay must be made by phone, otherwise we encourage you to make your reservations online. A 50% deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time of making your reservation. The balance will be charged to your card on file the day of your arrival. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card regardless of how the final payment will be made. We accept mc, visa, amex and gift certificates.
Check in is between 3pm - 7pm. Arrangements for early or late arrivals should be made in advance with the Dolan House. Please, no call or late arrivals after 9pm out of respect and courtesy of other house guests and our Hosts. Early arrivals are discouraged since our small staff is busy turning the rooms over from the previous night to ensure everything is ready for your check-in at 3pm. Check out time is at 11am and guests are asked not to linger so our staff can prepare our facilities for incoming guests.
PETS
We are not set up to take care of dogs or cats. Please make other arrangements for your loved pets.
