Terms and Conditions
Check-in is from 3pm - 7pm in the hotel lobby. Check-out is at 11 am unless previously arranged. Please let us know in advance if your schedule does not correspond with these times.
Please Note: Due to the limitations of our historical building, we are not handicap-accessible. The rooms are all located on the second floor of the building and there is no elevator.
Families with children are welcome.
Smoking and Pets are not permitted. (Please note that a deep-cleaning fee will be assessed, min. $250.) Standard guest occupancy is for 2 individuals. There is a $20 fee for each additional room guest.
Parking:
-Any of the public street parking closest to the hotel is available (2-hour limit is not enforced).
-There is a large private parking lot just across the street. This is free for guests. If the attendant is there, please tell him you’re with the hotel. Otherwise, just pull in and park.
-You are welcome to pull up to the front entrance of the hotel to unload your things before parking. - During busy "event weekends" there is a possibility that parking in the "free" lot will be unavailable. Hotel San Ramon cannot control parking limitations during these busy weekends. Please understand, difficulty finding parking during these weekends is not cause for reservation cancellation.
