Free Cancellation:
You can Cancel the Reservation for Free Up to 6 day before the arrival date. You will pay the first night of the reservation if you cancel 6 days before arrival. Prepayment: You will be charged a prepayment of the reservation 6 days prior your arrival.
Partially refundable (Payment 30% Reservation):
You will pay 30% of the total reservation if you cancel after making your reservation. You will pay the full price of the reservation if you cancel the 3 days before arrival or no show. Requires a 30% advance payment.
Non-Refundable Rate: All reservations made at Buba House with this rate will be fully charged upon booking and there is no refund available.
You can change the dates of the stay for a single time up to 3 days before your arrival for the same price or paying the difference if the price is higher.
If any full or partial cancellation is made with a non-refundable rates, regardless of the reason, your deposit will remain non-refundable.
Terms and Conditions
PAYMENTS
All reservations will be charged depending on the rate plan, including BARCELONA Occupancy Tax (10%), City Tax €3,03 per person and night up to 7 nights.

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and register for a hotel room. We are a Smoke-Free Hotel.
WE ARE A SMOKE-FREE HOTEL
BUBA HOUSE is a 100% non-smoking property.
A €250 cleaning surcharge will be imposed to any room where guests have smoked with disregard for our policy.
Registration form is required to be submitted 24 hrs before your check-in time.Your reservation is not guaranteed unless it's registration is approved.
MOBILE KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Since there is no front desk available at all times, we provide mobile keys for every reservation. Damaged/Lost keys are at the guest's responsibility.
We have different rates with free cancellation option of or non-refundable option.
You are responsible for your own choice of booking so read the listed different policies carefully.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We realize that cancellations are often beyond your control.
For this reason, we recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind.
MAXIMUM ROOM OCCUPANCY
Max guests amount up to 6 people in Dorm and 2 people in Private double and 1 in Single Room..
All guests entering the room must be registered in the reservation and ID must be provided at check-in.
Our rooms do not accommodate cribs or extra beds.
Children are allowed at the property.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
While accidents happen, guests will be financially responsible for damage due to gross negligence.
FREE BIKE RENTAL
When making a reservation through our website, you will get "a full day of free bike rental" per reservation and for all the people in it. Reservations with free bike do not include free bike for the entire reservation period. You must leave a deposit of € 100 Euros per bike
